~The Change~

With Caleb now a part of their family, Sarah and Jack were overjoyed. They spent their days playing with him, teaching him new things, and just simply enjoying his presence. Caleb was a happy baby and always seemed to have a smile on his face.

As the weeks went by, however, Jack and Sarah started to notice some strange things about Caleb. He would have moments where he would start to cry incessantly, but nothing seemed to comfort him. He would also refuse to eat or drink, even when he was clearly hungry or thirsty.

As Sarah and Jack grew more concerned, they decided to take Caleb to the doctor to see if he was sick. The doctor ran some tests and determined that Caleb was in perfect health. He reassured Sarah and Jack that it was normal for babies to have moments like this, and that it was probably just a phase he was going through.

But as the months went by, Caleb's behavior only seemed to worsen. He would have these periods where he would scream and cry for hours on end, and eventually Sarah and Jack started to notice strange symbols on the walls of their house. The symbols, which looked like a combination of letters and numbers, were everywhere, and Sarah and Jack had no idea what they meant.

Confused and worried, Sarah and Jack decided to take Caleb to a child psychologist to see if they could get to the bottom of his behavior. The psychologist ran some tests and determined that Caleb was severely traumatized by something in his past. They told Sarah and Jack that it was critical for them to find out what had caused Caleb's trauma, as it was the only way to help him heal.

Sarah and Jack knew that they had to find out what had happened to Caleb, no matter what it took. They were determined to help him heal and be the happy, healthy child that they knew he could be.
