Aiden passed out right after Katie confirmed her identity. Emily was still standing there staring at them in fear when Katie got up and covered him with a red chenille throw that was on the back of the couch. "This is nice...where did you find it?"

"It was a gift from one of the boys." Emily muttered hoarsely and Katie nodded.

"You should get some sleep. You have a little one to worry about. I'll keep watch over this idiot." She smiled fondly at Aiden's sleeping form.

"Wh-what about you? Don't you need to sleep too?" Emily argued.

"I will... While he sleeps, I'll sleep and I'll wake up when it's time to take care of him." She had said as she removed her jacket and boots and sat them next to a recliner near the couch. She had set her watch to wake her every hour. She had to alternate him with water and a half cup of that mixture until it was gone. It was going to be a long day.
