“I would love to take this further, but it doesn’t feel like it’s the right time for it.”
It was as if Galen knew what was on Dion’s mind. Dion felt his cheeks growing rather warm all of a sudden.
“I understand.”
Galen cupped Dion’s left cheek gently. Instinctively, Dion shifted his cheek even closer to Galen’s palm.
“Be patient.”
“Okay.”
Then Galen kissed both of Dion’s cheeks before embracing him. Dion returned the embrace with all of his might. The two of them stayed that way for what felt like hours, but it probably only lasted for a few minutes. Dion found it really difficult to let go when Galen moved away from him.
“Let’s have another date tomorrow.”
“Absolutely.”
“Good night, Dion.”
“Night.”
