The Alpha walked into the forest with the beastman pup behind him, if he could he would rather not have hosted this guest but who told him to be targeted by beastmen.

The alpha looked back at the cute and well behaved child, anyone who did not know what he was would think he was harmless.

Alpha Raven walked slowly because he didn't really want to face the she-wolf beastman just yet but the child was a little too quiet.

' Weren't children supposed to talk endlessly and be qurious about everything? Why was this one so quiet. '

He stopped all of a sudden, causing the boy to bump into him. He turned around to face the boy. The boy also looked at him in puzzlement as if to ask why he suddenly stopped.

"Can you talk?" the boy looked at him for a while and answered him with confusion on his face.

"Why would you think I can't?" he asked in a small, low voice. It was as if he rarely said anything.

"You haven't said a word since we started walking. I assumed you couldn't." he said starting to walk again.

"I don't like talking very much. Do you have a problem with that?" the tone he asked the question in was still low but contained an icy fire and a slight hostility.

Alpha raven really didn't know why he had this hostility all of a sudden but didn't think much of it. He only felt odd that the child was still young but could already emit aura.

"No, I don't have a problem with that." he could feel the boy ster for a while and then turn his eyes away as if lacking enterest.

They resumed the silent match forward in the forest. The Alpha was heading towards a hidden cave with an underground house used to host certain guests the pack does not want in there territory. Other than the fact that it was outside the pack's boundaries, it was a luxurious place since such guests were usually powerful and could not be offended easily.

"So why were you in the pack house? How did you even get there? Because I believe you were supposed to be with your aunt."

The boy stumbled a little at his question. He did not expect the werewolf alpha to ask him that. It's not as if he could tell him he just wanted to get away from his aunt so he left the cave then run into the cute and soft human, touched him then run away trying to escape through the house with the smell of the most powerful one in pack hoping the human won't follow.

That would sound too lame and unworthy of his beastman's pride. He couldn't do it.

After waiting for a while without getting a reply, the alpha looked back, only see a red faced kid trying to act natural. Something was definitely not right.

"well?" he asked look at the evading boy.

"I... I.. I.. I got bored, also I wanted to look around since I would be staying here and your..... your pack is too easy to enter."

The boy replied, still averting his gaze. It seems the boy had no intention to tell him the whole truth but looking at his red face he must just be embarrassed.' Was it a frection with a girl he meet?' Anyway, as long as he did nothing wrong.

The silence was again renewed but the boy was no longer calm. He walked past the alpha and hurried towards the cave.

'It seems he doesn't want to talk to me again.' the alpha thought as he watched the boy's back.

The boy arrived at the the cave mouth first, only to see his angry looking aunt. Yes, he definitely in trouble. But he didn't really care, it's not as if he would listen to anything this woman had to say.
