More swarms of monsters arrive

----Monster leader's pov----

To think that a world that was abandoned by the gods, made into our new home and playground, would be able to offer such resistance, while the human weapons that could leave burning carcasses at its wake.

I was part of the second wave, one of the monster leaders sent to this world.

Their strange weapons worked for some time, but we learned to adapt to the circumstances, especially when it turns out that it will run out eventually, according to one of the humans we had taken, as for why we were sure that he wasn't lying eating the person's limbs piece by piece always worked to make them talk as they asked for the sweet release of death.

But as of late, there had been some problems with my troops of the eastern part of this world. While it was just a small part, the number of monsters I had sent would always disappear, including their souls...

Being one of the strongest of the batch sent here, I moved my army towards that direction eliminating everything else that wasn't of our species since others were striving to claim this world as their own.

But my strength, our numbers...

No matter what we had, it was useless against what we came across that protected the island's inhabitants called Japan.

Every 'above average' monster that led the rest of these pests received a red bullet of reishi to the face.

Sciens wasn't the kind of hollow that was willing to wait for his enemy to grow. If he can kill them right then and there, the spider-like hollow will do so. It was just one of his clones that will take the brunt of the damage anyway, so he wasn't too worried about anything happening to them.

While he was rather irritated that Abe no Seimei's descendant put him in such a position, Sciens made Shizuka the leader of the place. They passed all of the responsibilities to her while his clone dealt with the pesky monsters swarming japan in swarms.

The other countries quickly fell to the sudden boost of numbers the monsters gained while sending whatever they could to japan.

More than half of the sent people died in transit thanks to the airspace being occupied by flying monsters that looked like a cross between an eagle and snake.

As for the Real Sciens, what the hollow was doing happened to be enjoying himself...

BY SLEEPING, OF COURSE, ~~

While Shizuka was diligent with her work, the occasionally loud snore served to cause a vein to bulge out on her forehead!

Their relationship was a strange one. They could be called friends, but sometimes Shizuka wants to strangle the bastard despite not really having a neck since he's in his spider form hehe.

BOOOOOMMMMMM!!!

This was the sound they had to get used to as of late. The hundreds of mono-eyed spiders worked like autonomous sentries that obliterated anything that got in their range, including some jet planes for other countries at first.

That was his bad.

Simultaneously, Sciens had some memories of the past.

Thus, he doesn't remember everything when the other countries sent the jet planes to scout the area around japan...

A lot of them received a cero...

What...? he couldn't help it, the jets were loud and annoying!

Since they trespassed in his new territory, he defended it, although Shizuka ended up scolding him, knowing the real reason why they got shot down by the hollow~

The jets ruined his quiet time!

NO Mortal (*whispering* except Shizuka and the kids) can disturb his SLUMBER!

Sciens was defending his rights to a good rest that's supposed to be a few decades-long!

Bah!

with the sudden growth of numbers these monsters had, it was getting harder and harder for him to relax, So Sciens did something that brought despair to any monsters in Japan.

He used one of his most infamous abilities, infectious eyes.

The mono-eyed spiders acted like virus carriers, but it wasn't a virus that was being incubated in this case. More spiders used the victims to 'hatch' hundreds more before all of their bodily nutrients were absorbed and left as an empty husk.

Sciens wasn't fond of this ability as it brought fear to the children, but this was necessary to ensure their safety.

As he relives the time of when they called him 'horde bringer.'

Hundreds of monsters were closing in towards the safe haven owned by Sciens.

The hollow wasn't too worried about the monsters. It was just he was very disappointed in the choices made by those of the human race from other countries.

Sure it was the last option for those that wanted to survive but to go as far as to usurp the leaders just because you wanted to be the boss and do as you pleased, leading to the deaths of millions.

That was just asking to be killed by this hollow!

Sciens doesn't care for very many things, his sleep, peace and quiet, and children!

He was glad to have placed a spying eye on every human country leader after sending their envoys and spies to catch a glimpse of what helped Japan remain to stand.

The headache that came along was some idiot human allowed himself to be possessed, remember, WILLINGLY, and attempted to sneak into his home.

His clone devoured it, and the human/monster's soul tasted like spicy chicken!

But then, thanks to his actions, it had attracted a monster that was the size of a blue whale to his haven.

As for how it looked imagine a bald hideous ogre with two pairs of arms, very fat, a bunch of warts along its arms and chest, a large spear and flail made of bones and ruined skulls while it wore a loincloth to hide its junk it was still very disgusting to look at!

Simple Ceros and Balas done by his 'sentries' didn't do anything to the flying sack of meat as it seemed resistant to their attacks. Thus one of his main clones flew up to challenge the monster.

"Prepare to die, you damned spirit!"

It roared out in anger and battle intent

Oi, it looks like this one has some spunk in him~

Sciens, who took control of his clone, was kind of happy since it had been some time since there had been anyone that can help him warm up even if it was just a little, it should help him relax a bit more to catch up on more sleep!

Sciens cracked his knuckles as he slowly approached the monstrosity, then used Sonido to boost his attack before his fist crashed into the gut of this monster.

However, thanks to its thick layer of fat, it didn't do much as it looked at Sciens then laughed out loud, Sciens joined in the laughter for a different reason compared to why his new punching bag was laughing.

The monster's eyes gleamed before it proclaimed with a deafening roar.

"I AM JI'IK OF THE GREY OGRE CLAN, THAT IS THE NAME OF YOUR KILLER PUNY SPIRIT!"

*swink* *BAMMMM*

Then the spear of Ji'ik stabbed through Sciens before the flail smacked him into the ground like a cannonball.

There were a few things that Sciens never liked, losing sleep, kids getting hurt, breaking a promise, and feeling pain...

Sciens who was using his clone was not only using the minimum amount of power but all of the passive defenses were down thus the reason for the spear managing to harm him, unlike the flail that only knocked him to the ground.

Right now, Sciens clone only had a cold look as he raised a finger that had some of his blood on it then said these words.

"Gran Rey Cero"

Then unlike the usual red beams, this one was green and covered a large area as the attack created gusts of wind around Sciens as it flew viciously towards the Surprised Ji'ik!
