Seeing her trying to sit up, Mr. Suarez who was sitting on the chair next to the bed held her hands and helped her to sit up, while the nurse put some pillows behind her back so she could rest her back on them.
It was never Alix's intention to faint. She only wanted to announce that she was pregnant during the meeting but she didn't expect to get into a fight and faint in the process.
But this was her luck, as she can take advantage of it.
Alix did not allow him to touch. She was still very angry with how she was maltreated earlier. She created a big scene and said she was going to sue Mr. Suarez's daughter for assault.
Her face was swollen and her body ached terribly. She was in pain and she wanted to make sure she got revenge.
What was a discomfort for her, turned out to be a blessing in disguise and she made sure to make use of it.
