He didn't know how they got down the stairs and reached the dining room, but Raven knew only one thing about those moments.

Xavier Vaughn is actually a man who doesn't care about who's inside his house, as long as he has the identity information of that person. Raven doubts if the man will also run a background check on him. If he does so, he's afraid, he'll not be able to stay in the mansion for long.

Well, that is if, Mr. Vaughn cares about the gossips.

"Mr. Salvador, Mr, Vaughn is asking you, if you allow him to take your belongings from your house? You can't leave Dwight after we leave, for your information."

Raven returned to his senses and took a peek at the man who are preparing to leave. Dwight is now inside of his embrace while watching his Dad.

"If it doesn't bother you. You may.." Raven answered shyly.

"Good, let's go Edward."

Raven follows the two while he's carrying Dwight. Well, it's just up until they reached the gate of course.. So when Mr. Vaughn stopped, Raven was also stopped.

"I forgot to tell you, don't let anyone enter. Even they told you that they know me. Do you understand?" The tone of Xavier's speech did not change. It's still cold and no emotions.

Raven nodded his head but also flinched when Xavier suddenly leaned closer to him. Then he gave the child a kiss on the forehead.

"I'm going now, be good to your nanny." He said to the son even though the little boy didn't know how to speak properly. "Take care of him. More than yourself."

Raven's hair stood up on hearing what Xavier said. Well, he understood that. Because Dwight, is like a treasure for Xavier. He kept wondering why did Xavier's Omega's wife was able to leave the Alpha.

Xavier is rich, handsome, and an Alpha. Or, is there something he doesn't know about the man? After all, his knowledge is only based on the rumors that are spreading.

After closing the gate right after Xavier and Edward left, Raven went back inside the house with Dwight.

"Let me bath you, Dwight. Or do you prefer to eat first?" Raven asked the boy who looked up to look at him.

Wait, what are they both going to eat?!

He didn't even remember everything that Edward had said in the dining room earlier.

"Mama..?"

Raven turned to stone when he heard his young sir spoke. He looked around to see if the boy's Mom was there. There was no one, so he frowned.

"Who's Mama? You miss your Mama?" He asked as he walked into the house.

It's impossible for Dwight to know his mother because he was still a baby when he was abandoned by his heartless mother. Raven was suddenly stunned when he finally understood what was happening.

"Ahem, Baby, I'm not your Mama. I'm your.. Nanny?"

"Mama.."

"No, no, no. Nanny.. Call me nanny."

"Mama.."

"Ugh..!"

Raven sneaks into the kitchen to see if theres anything cooked. Is there any food that he and Dwight can eat? After making sure there was none, he opened the refrigerator with three doors. One door is for meats and other frozen foods, the middle is for veggies and the last one is for drinks.

"Wow..!" He exclaimed when he saw the imported wines. "What should I cook? Baby, does your Daddy come home every lunch?"

"Daddy..."

"Yeah, yeah.. Hold on, let's find your baby chair. I need to prepare our food. Why is it, your Daddy didn't even cook for us. Don't you have a maid?"

It is impossible for Xavier not to have a maid because first of all, his house is very big and very spacious. Then, where are the maids?

"Excuse me sir, who are you?" A voice from the back door connected to the dining room reached him.

When Raven looked back at the person who talked, he saw a middle aged woman wearing a maid's uniform. Behind the woman there are five other people who are also wearing the same clothes. Weird, he didn't see them when he came in earlier.

"Ahm.. I'm Dwight's Nan-i mean, baby sitter. I didn't know there are people here, other than us?" He immediately picked up Dwight and hugs him tightly when he remembered Xavier's order earlier.

"Ah.. Please be at ease. We are Sir Vaughn's maids. But we don't show ourselves unless he calls for us. He doesn't want to be surrounded by females, don't you know?" The woman answered. "By the way, my name's Glenda. I'm the cook, you want to eat, right? I'll cook for us so please wait for a moment."

"Ah.. Okay. I'm Raven." Raven answered shyly.

"Don't be shy Raven. We don't eat people." Glenda jokes to lighten up the mood.

"Sorry, it's my first time here so.."

"Baby Dwight, hello!"

Raven turned to the other woman who spoke. She's quite young compared to Glenda. She even look like a carefree person.

Dwight who was called quickly snuggled into Raven's chest. Raven didn't know if the boy was shy or scared. The woman was sad but Dwight didn't try to notice.

"Enough Elena. Dwight doesn't know you. You guys can start working now. Don't disturb the little sir." Glenda said while smiling.

"Sigh.. Why did he inherit the behavior of his super strict father." Elena frowned as he exclaims.

"Elena!" Glenda's voice rose.

"Opps! Sorry.. I'm sorry. Raven, please don't tell sir Xavier, okay?" Elena said, pale and obviously scared.

Raven nodded though, still confused by the situation. So, that's why he didn't see any maids because they only go out without Xavier. What if the man is not working? Does he lock himself in the room to give the maids a chance to clean?

"Alright, you guys go to your work. I'll call you guys later when I finished. And Raven, what do you wanna eat?" Glenda asked.

"Oh! I already ate my breakfast at home. I'm just trying to make Dwight's food." Raven stroked the back of Dwight's head when he answered.

"I see.. Well, let me prepare it too. I'm in charge of making his food."

"Thank you. I'll bring him upstairs to have a bath. Please excuse us."

"No problem." Glenda seems friendly and nice.

When Raven and Dwight entered Dwight's room, he immediately looked for Dwight's clothing. He gently lowered the child to the floor for a moment before preparing his bath. Then he returned and picked him up again and gave him a bath.

"Mama.. Bath?" Dwight cutely asked while in the bathtub.

"Call me Nanny, I'm not your mom. And yes, you'll be bathing." Raven answered with a smile.

Dwight is cute. Especially his dimple that shows up every time he talks. It's quite deep and really matches Dwight's cuteness. The child also has green eyes. That's why he said the father and son are look alike. Dwight is like a child version of Xavier.

"Mama.. Play.."

"Okay okay, we'll play later after you eat."

Raven gave in to the insistence that Nanny was what the child should call him. He just hope, Xavier doesn't hear it when Dwight calls him Mama. Because if ever he does, he'll be dead for sure.
