Meeting House Chronos

Zaeo was visibly shaking as the room slowly returned to normal, the floor slowly shrinking back to it's original size. All the other leaders looked impressed and seemed to nod or give Samuel nods of approval.

Varrok Alapheon was the next person to speak, answering Samuel's question openly as he stood tall being a very tall man with celestial descent that proved itself as slight shimmer in his orange hair.

"Indeed, we children of mana are special, but there are many other special bloodlines and powerful people out there! We are aware of the existence of certain monsters like that of Tyke De Lion, which is why we never underestimate the other mortal races and instead most of strive towards living among them in secret unison."

"War is so dull and boring, we certainly don't need it!" Varrok whom looked to be in his forties sat back down with a smile on his lips, he turned his attention back towards Zaeo.

Zaeo who finally snapped out of his silent anger instantly marched forward, much to Samuel's surprise he tensed up a little. But what surprised Samuel even more was Clariet sitting up slowly, apparently his finishing blow had had less of an effect than he anticipated considering how fast she regained conscience.

Zaeo knelt down in front of her and took a ring off her index finger. "You are hereby banished from House Melephandris, never to return to Clan Melephandris lands. You are stripped from your household name."

Clariet looked at the ground, hiding her facial expression.

"You--!" Samuel spoke under his breath and grit his teeth and clenched his fists. He felt like swinging at the dark elf and took one step forward, but in that moment Clariet stood back up right in front of Samuel, blocking his pathway to Zaeo.

She quickly gave Zaeo a bow and remained like that until he walked away, Zaeo quickly moved to leave the meeting, he was probably still quite shamed and decided to save himself from further shame.

He quickly motioned for his champion to follow him to which the dark elven man did. But he turned around to look at Clariet while walking, it was hard to miss the sorrow and worry in his eyes.

Clariet finally raised her head after Zaeo left the hall, and then she stood still in silence for a moment before leaving herself. Samuel looked at Vazmarx and nodded towards Clariet, the fox kin gave him an understanding nod and left at the same time.

Lady Osira walked forth and stood next to Samuel, "No one else has any childish objections I hope?" Her question made a few of the retinues to roll their eyes but all the leaders shook their head and seemed more than happy to accept the results they had seen.

"In that case House Xaxiaz is back among our ranks!" Lady Osira gave Samuel a final nod before tapping her staff with some strength into the ground. The meeting was finally concluded, everything was finally done.

What was left was no more than simple work and festivities!

Most of the clan leaders left with their champions without question, but a few approached Samuel the moment it was over.

One was the friendly dwarf Inor who was accompanied by the vice leader and champion of house Biraxia. There was also house Chronos, Alsian stepped forward with the two accompanying him. There was also the champion from House Caxtaphor.

Alsian was of course the first and he was quick to give Samuel a few hard taps on the shoulder. "Haha! Kiddo I knew you could fight but damn I didn't know you had trained that hard. If I didn't know better I would have said you always held back whenever I trained you."

Alsian took a quick step back before it looked like he figured something out. "Then again.. We never really exercised all magic at the same time, I certainly didn't think you would combine your flight gravity spell with time acceleration."

"Indeed it was quite the show of talent and raw power." The man next to Alsian spoke up, he had dark raven blue hair and several scars upon his serious face.

His right eye was even blind from the severe scar that was right over his right side. The man quickly extended his hand and introduced himself, "Arorius Chronos! I am the champion of House Chronos, I am also a distant cousin to Alsian."

Samuel quickly shook his hand with a smile but gave Alsian a questioning look. Alsian who understood his question shrugged, "House Chronos does not have way too many members, but there are still a few dozen of us around. I just didn't think it was necessary to tell you about it!"

"Yeah right!" The woman behind the two men spoke up. "Not important to tell a man about his entire other family lineage, the blood of Xaxiaz might be the path hes chosen to take but the blood of Chronos also runs through his vein you dummy!"

Alsian turned around with an annoying look as if he was going to scold the woman, but the woman quickly pushed past him and gave Samuel a radiant smile and grabbed both his hands.

"The name is Mila Chronos, I am the second leader after our idiot leader! It's good to meet you!" The woman happily started waving Samuel's arms up and dawn with her own.

Samuel just gave her a smile and nodded. "I will be happy to tell you all about our House that our idiom leader hasn't told you!" Mila continued her rant while Arorius slowly stretched out an open hand that landed on her hand as he gripped the entire top of her head with his hand.

"Aroriiiaahh!" The woman squealed as Arorius started carrying her away while she complained loudly. "Sorry about my sister!" Was all Arorius shouted as they left the hall.

Meanwhile Inor Biraxia had started laughing while holding his belly. "Oohohoho! You Chronos are always so colorful and funny to watch, real clowns ahaha!" His champion that was a dwarf fully clad in an armor suit just stood still without moving an inch while the second in command that was a human that looked like a typical fairy tale prince with blonde hair just mouthed silently to ignore Inor.

After his laughing fit ended a minute later Inor looked at Samuel and gave him a nod, "You really put that vile man in his place, you have my congratulations for joining us and I have come to tell you to not worry! We won't have too big expectations for a recently revived lineage! Although you did raise our hopes a little bit when someone as young as you defeated someone so strong."

Samuel took a step back, "Well it was mostly thanks to my contracted shadow entity, I also think I lucked out in facing an assassin type combatant."

Inor also took a step back, "HOH Not only strong, but humble also! I will tell all my clan not to mess with ya or they will haveto deal with me! HAHAHAHA, Now enjoy the rest of your stay laddie!" With those words the Biraxia House took their leave.

Which left Samuel with Alsian and Vazmarx who came walking back into the hall, as well as the champion of House Caxtaphor, the woman who up til now had remained silent took off her helmet to reveal a beautiful face of a woman in her prime. Every movement she made seemed to exude strength.

She had hair that was tied to the back so it wouldn't get stuck in the helmet, but she had beautiful ash blond hair. She looked human but had quite unique features for being a human, she seemed to exude a white radiance and her eye color was snowdrop white. But she wasn't blind.

She gave Samuel a smile. "Well done!" Was all she said before leaving, "Just as secretive and mysterious as usual, however to hear her speak is less so. I guess you really made an impression on Caxtaphor's champion." Alsian spoke and gave the two a chuckle. "Well the two of you are on your own now. Feel free to do whatever you wish to do!"

"Wait I thought this was supposed to be divided over several days?" Vazmarx quickly asked, not having received any of the informative updates.

"That was the original ideá but things change, and this year they crammed it all into one singular day." Alsian explained. "It does leave room for a lot of other things, deals and work to be made between clans." Alsian started to leave. "Nothing that really concerns House Xaxiaz this early in time. So enjoy yourselves and learn instead!" He shouted over his shoulder.

Which left only Samuel and Vazmarx, they stood there looking at eachother before Vazmarx opened his mouth. "Well that went well!" Samuel looked at him and raised an eyebrow, "Ya think?"

"Well yeah, made a somewhat good impression, didn't come off as too cocky, revealed to have trump cards up your sleeve. Promised to make progress after some time. That about sum it up?"

Samuel quickly punched him lightly in the shoulder and shook his head, and it wasn't long before the two also walked out of the chamber. Once they got outside they were essentially jumped by Zalbas and Vuldara asking how everything went.
