CHAPTER 18

Back with John, he got to his room and he sat down in his bed and grabs from his right side pocket the watch that he bought for her sister and starts speaking to himself.

"I'm sorry Margaret and Elizabeth, I failed both of you, I couldn't protect you and worst I broke the oath that I made when I became a doctor. I don't know what to do."

Then a witch enters John's room and says to him that it is time. Time to become one of Dracula's Generals. Back with Dracula and Jack both of them were arguing of how stupid was the idea of trying to take the city of Leona's without his full army. Then Dracula grabs Jack on his neck pushes him towards the wall of his room.

"This will be the last time you do something like that Jack, I'm tired of your bloody pried and always trying to be the best. Now I don't want to hear another of your great ideas. Did I make myself clear."

Jack barely speaking.

"Yes... My Lord."

Dracula releases Jack's neck and tells him that it's time to see if his new General is ready.

"Of course, my Lord."

John was being prepared to become one of Dracula's General, then he gets out of his room and he went to a new room that had a big throne and many statues of knights and the room was full of many vampires and witches spectating. Then Jack approached Lady Ashbury and tells her.

"I still don't understand why Dracula wants this vampire has his new General! I mean he was part of the Cornivous family, he could betray us."

"Maybe but he is really strong, after all, I trained him, now he is really powerful, no Velmont Hunter will be able to kill him so easily." Said Lady Ashbury with pride that she did a great job training him.

"Yeah, will see about that." Replied Jack BlackWood.

Then Dracula arrives and everyone kneels at his presence, he sat down on his throne and everyone gets up.

"Now my new child, would you fight for me and my cause."

"Yes." Replied John.

"Would you die for me."

"Yes."

"Would you help me to defeat my enemies and destroyed them!!"

"Yes, my Lord!!"

"Now my child, you are one of my generals and you are going to command my army to victory. It's that clear."

"Yes, my Lord."

Conor, Bloodmir, and Valmir finally arrived at John's ceremony.

"I still can't believe he betrayed us." Said Conor pissed.

"Yeah I know but right now we should focus on how can we destroyed Dracula." Replied Valmir.

"Maybe We could find a way to reach Frankenstein, I mean we know that he is really strong and that Dracula considers him a threat." Pointed out Bloodmir.

Back with John's ceremony Dracula finally put him the title of one of his generals.

"Now then John. Has your first mission it's to get some of my soldiers and destroyed a city that has not been attacked yet. Oh and John, no survivors."

"Of course, my Lord."

Back with Ellie, Valerius, and the others, they were nervous that Frankenstein could attack them at any moment just for the simple fact that was standing right in front of them without saying anything.

"We need to talk." Said Valerius.

"Well then, talk." Replied Frankenstein.

"Our King and Master told us that you can help us winThe Great War." Said Thomas.

"Hahahaha. You, humans, are so naive and not to mention that you only start treating someone good when you need something from that person." Said Frankenstein with hatred.

Then a big sound of vundhills wings and screaming was heard near the forgotten city.

"It's Dracula's army. I guess this will be our last day." Said Frankenstein mocking the others.

"Thomas, can you get us out of here with some spell." Said Valerius worried about the enemy ahead.

"I can't, something over here is blocking any spell of teleportation, that's why I didn't teleport us here before." Answer Thomas worried that they are running out of time.

"Haha. That's because of some spell that a witch put on this city." Replied Frankenstein enjoying himself.

"Maybe I can break it." Said Ellie with confidence.

Ellie closes her eyes and starts summoning a spell, the clouds began to thunder more than usual, then a bolt of big lightning hits the center of the forgotten city and breaks the witch's spell.

"Thomas! Did you sense that?" Said Michael surprised.

"Yeah, her power it's even greater than Master Harry." Replied Thomas.

"You could say that she is almost as powerful as Merlin himself." Said Harper happy to have someone powerful in their team.

"Maybe, but she still needs a lot of practice." Said Thomas felling a little jealous but very happy for her.

"So, can we go now before we start fighting more monster." Said Valerius in a hurry.

"Yeah, of course." Replied Thomas.

Thomas teleports everyone into the city of Leona's.

"So, this is the city of Leona's!? And that's the castle!?" Said Frankenstein surprised.

"So, are you going to help?" Asked Valerius hopping getting the answer that he wants.

"I found this in the forgotten city, a Velmont hunter had it before he was murder by a gurhill." Said Frankenstein seriously.

Frankenstein shows them a red sphere and in the center of the sphere, it had the flame of the Phoenix.

"It's that...!?" Said Thomas breathtaking.

"Yeah, it's the morning star!! I thought it was lost!!" Cry's out Valerius very happy.

"Bloody hell!! That's the morning start." Said King Harvey that just walked in.

"It seems that luck is on our side. With the morning start on our side, we will win the Great War, I could resurrect The Phoenix." Pointed out, Master Harry.

"The Phoenix!!? You can do that." Said Ellie's surprise and proud of his father.

"Yeah, he will be a strong allied." Replied Master Harry.

"With that said, Val, I will gladly give you this." Said King Harvey giving his son the Excalibur. "My sword, it's time my son that you should have it."

"Wow, thanks dad but why? You wouldn't have any weapon to protect you with!"

"Haha. I can grab any sword and protect myself that doesn't matter."

"I always wonder what made this weapon, so powerful."

"It's not a big thing, the reason why is so powerful it's that it can't break, and it can cut the skin of Dragon." Pointed out, Master Harry.

"Wait, What!!!? But a dragon skin it's impossible to cut unless you have a red arrow." Said Ellie surprised at how strong is the Excalibur.

"Well that's why it's the strongest weapon that exists, it can cut anything and when it glows it deals a lot of damage, which reminds me, Harvey, I saw you fighting against Jack Blackwood and I remember that your sword glow and you deliver a strike." Said Master Harry.

"Yeah, so? " Said King Harvey not understanding what Master Harry is going with this.

"So, why didn't Jack Blackwood died or was cut it two."

"It's true, do you think he had a black stone rune."

"Maybe, that could explain why he didn't die."

"A black stone rune, I thought that those stone disappeared from existence." Said Ellie surprised about hearing of the black stone rune.

"Yeah me too. Maybe a very powerful witch could have made it." Said Master Harry's concern.
