chapter 5- Todoroki's disappearance

Midoryia pov (me/I)

My wounds where quickly healed so I ran as fast as I could Todoroki-kun's room. There he was out cold, on oxygen and covered in burns and bandages. He was in bad condition I decided to stay there I didn't care if the doctors wanted to kick me out, if the world was ending out side. I just didn't care about any of that I only cared about Todoroki-kun. Finally one of the doctors told me that he will be fine and should be awake soon.

Todoroki pov (me/I)

I awoke I was in so much pain then i remembered everything. "I need to go...ahhh" "Todoroki-kun dont move your badly hurt" Midoryia looked at me with concern and care in his eyes.

Finally after they checked over me they told me I could go home but I was to use my ice quirk to heal my own burns. We got back to Midoryia's it was taped off and half completely in ashes. 'I'm so sorry Midoryia if only I had done as he asked then this would have never happened and you wouldn't have been hurt or your house and stuff gone' I whispered to myself I didn't want Midoryia to hear.

We kept walking and reached the school grounds where the dorms where. Thanks to everyone we managed to get more stuff for school and stuff. So everytime it was curfew Midoryia and I would call manly to do homework but also just to talk I was growing to like him a lot but everytime I saw my new scar that looked like a lightning bolt on my back I become down and depressed and remember everything.

One night this was so bad I decided to sneak out I need air. I went to the campus forest. There was Midoryia talking to all might. I couldn't face Midoryia I felt too ashamed and guilty for what had happened 4 days ago I turned and ran and as I did I heard him calling out for me.

Midoryia's POV (me/I)

Thanks to everyone we mange to get laptops and other needed things. Me and Todoroki-kun would facetime every night after curfew and talk or do homework.

One night I was talking to all might because Todoroki-kun seemed so down. He was giving me advice on what to do. Then I suddenly heard the sound of someone running. I looked and it was Todoroki-kun I tried to chase after him but all might said "Its best if you leave him to himself for now"

I knew I had too so I went to bed. In class I noticed Todoroki-kun didnt arrive today. "He may be ill I'll go see him tonight"

I went but he didnt seem to be in. I told Mr Aizawa he was concerned a bit because Todoroki-kun never done anything like this we hunted every where. Suddenly it hit me of where he might be I managed to get kirishima and bakugo to come with me to rescue him.

Todoroki pov (me/I)

I decide I couldn't see anyone else get hurt because of me so I went home.

I got through the door and there he was standing waiting for me with this big grin on his face. "Welcome back shoto go get into training clothes you start in 20" "yes.. " I said without reluctance we saided training he wasn't holding back any I guess this was my punishment. Next thing I know is the wall behind me explodes and I feel the warm gripth of...Midoryia's arms?? I looked and saw the trio I would never expect to see together. The second I touched ground Kirishima shouted "RUN" we all darted split up so we couldn't be found.

I laughed at the fact these 3 just risked their lives to free me. I had enough of hiding everything but I still couldn't do it so I hugged him then hugged kirishima and thanked bakugo.

Everything went back to normal after that and classes continued.
