Chapter 128 

As the flash of dopamine hit her with the feeling that she had succeeded in she noticed several issues that were quickly arising. The first one was that she noticed that the man she had kept stored in her wings was draining at an alarming rate. 

The second issue she saw was that her makeshift bubble was flickering, and at times she thought that it might even just outright vanish from around her, which would cause her to experience the torture of having herself slowly die again, which caused her to ask her staff if it knew any way of slowing down her mana consumption or a way to keep the field of mana around her from destabilizing so often.

It seemed that her staff was fed up with her being unable to help it maintain the spell since it retorted, "Yeah, learn to cast this yourself instead of having me improvise this. Or give me a heads up. Or doing anything!"
