Jordan had no other choice but to get hold of Neya's arm. If he did not he was afraid that the problem would never be resolved. He did not t want Neya leaving when there was a big misunderstanding between the both of them. Neya was like a sister to him. He loved her and cared for her. He did not want to hurt her in any way physically or emotionally. It hurt him to that he was lying to Neya but he had to for the sake of Nahor's happiness. He hated lying to her but he knew that he had to continue with this if he wanted his plan to succeed. He knew that if he told Neya the truth everything would that he had been planning for a long time would all shatter like broken glass. As much as this was going to really hurt her in the end he had to continue with the plan. He could not just look on as everything fell to pieces if he dared to tell her the truth. He had to continue lying to Neya. He could not just risk everything and face the destruction of all that he had been planning. He did not want to do this but he had no other choice. "I am sorry Neya but I can not tell you the truth right now. I know you will never forgive me for this but I know you will understand why I am doing what I am doing now,"Jordan said in his mind. Jordan knew that the truth would be soon come to light eventually but if he wanted to keep everything in order he had to hide it for some more time. He really was sorry for lying to Neya. But he knew that it was for the best.
Neya was completely disappointed in Jordan. She had expected Jordan to tell her the truth when she had asked him.
She never expected him to say No.She had been put in the dark for quite some time and she was fed up of being there. She wanted to come out to the light but the only way of doing that was for Jordan to tell her the truth. But to her, it did not seem as if he would ever tell her the truth. She was so disappointed. She had expected that when she asked him he would not hesitate to tell her. She was asking herself why he did not want to tell her the truth. She was quite confused. It was very clear to her that even though her continuos efforts to try and convince him to tell her the truth they would fail. There was no use of her trying. She then wondered whether he would ever fulfill his promise. If he did not want to tell her the truth then how sure was she that he would fulfill his promise. The doubts were filling up her mind. Then before she could realize it. Her eyes became wet.Her eyes were filling up with tears. She was so saddened. She did not want Jordan to see her cry.She had to leave before the tears escaped from her eyes.
But when she had headed for the door intending to leave. She felt a grip on her arm. She had then turned around and seen Jordan holding her arm.
She was so shocked when Jordan suddenly got hold of her arm. She did not know what to do at that moment.
She then thought quick and reacted.
"Let go of my arm Jordan. I want to leave,"Neya shouted.
" Neya you have to forgive me for this but I have to go against your words. I will not let go of your arm unless you listen to what I have to say"Jordan said.
But Neya was so hesitant to leave so Jordan had no other choice but to do something to keep her there.
Then he quickly pulled Neya away from the door and then said
"Neya , I know you do not want to listen to what I have to say but I am really sorry . I cannot tell you the truth now. You will have to be more patient.
But Neya pulled her arm away and was leaving so Jordan had no other choice but to pull her back "I am sorry Neya,"Jordan said as he pulled Neya towards him and gave her a hug.
Neya was completely shocked. Her mind was so messed up that she did not have time to think to pull herself away from the hug. She was leaving but before she realized it she was hugging Jordan. She was trying to figure out what to do.
Nahor was walking on the other side of the palace. He had been doing some work and he was heading to his room. His room was a few rooms from Jordan's.
He had heard a familiar voice from Jordan's room and so he wanted to check it out. He wanted to prove whether what he was hearing was true or not so he went a little bit closer to Jordan's room.
The door had been slightly open when Neya opened it when she had attempted to leave. The was a slight opening that could allow anyone to see through. He did not really like invading people's privacy but he was only doing it because he heard Neya's voice but he wanted to prove it. He did not really expect Neya to be in Jordan's room. Why would she even be there. He was not really sure whether he heard her voice but he could recognize her voice. He only wanted to be sure.
So he moved closer to Jordan's door. And he also made sure he kept a safe distance. As he peeked inside Jordan's room, he was completely shocked by what he saw in the room. His anger arose as fast as it could. His face suddenly became dark.He completely burst with anger and left.
