From being used by the Uchiha clan to justify their actions to being used by the Hokage to make peace. Arashi Uchiha, a kid born with six paths power, and yet he hasn’t awakened it… Orphaned by the nine tails attack on the village, Arashi didn’t have the childhood everyone could ask for, the higher council forced him to live under a fake name called Tsuki Uzumaki without his knowledge because they feared what they were told about him. Eventually, Arashi befriended another orphan in the village, Naruto Uzumaki. At a young age, Arashi was in a violent disagreement with the third Hokage, this led him to awaken a power he never knew he had. The Rinnegan is a legendary power that is considered a myth to some. Arashi lives and trains to become a shinobi just like his friend, but unlike Naruto, he doesn’t do it for recognition and acknowledgment. Arashi simply wants to protect what and who he cares about. On his journey to becoming a shinobi, Arashi makes new friends who don’t care about his eyes, and he regains his family with the Uchiha clan after his brother finds out who he is. Arashi goes through a troublesome life in the village, but he never gives up. Arashi suffers at the hand of his villagers not accepting him and believe him to be a reincarnation of Madara Uchiha. And he suffers in the Uchiha clan who don’t fully accept him until he earns it. Arashi Uchiha faces multiple powerful enemies at a young age because of the natural desire for his eyes, and the people he loves are forced to pay for this, but he never stops trying to save them. Arashi Uchiha will always fight back! (I don’t own any rights to Naruto and its properties, and I only own my created characters and their powers.)

Divided loyalties: Fugaku's decision!

Itachi and Fugaku stop in a meeting hall above the clan compounds.

"What is it, Itachi? Why did you ask me to step outside?"

"This is about the coup d'état.

I want you to stop it before it's too late."

Fugaku's face turns grim.

"Too late, huh?"

Itachi nods,

'One last chance.

I don't want to use these on you.'

A faint crimson light shines in his eyes.

"Why are you so loyal to a village which would betray you the moment you cease to be of use? Even after all that's happened, you still bow to the Hokage."

"Ever since I got this headband." Itachi removes his leaf forehead protector as he continues,

"I made a vow to protect the village even if it costs me my life." Fugaku frowns,

"Is that it? Your forehead protector? That's what keeps you so loyal to the village? But what about your blood? Your family and clan, we should've been your priority we-"

"It isn't about that vow." Itachi interrupts.

'That's right, ever since that day…' Itachi recalls seeing the results of war.

"I just want a peaceful resolution to all of this. The coup d'état is a suicide mission, and we both know it.

Even if I join, the Leafs' defenses will overwhelm the clan, and in turn, we will lose this battle and ultimately lose our lives."

Itachi turns his gaze to Fugaku as he continues,

"It's true that we may get far; maybe I'll stretch it as far as to say we might win.

But what then? You become Hokage and rule over a weakened village?

Seeing the village weakened after that battle; there's no stopping the other great nations from conquering the hidden leaf village.

It will all be for nothing.

We would die for nothing.

Mother…

You…

Sasuke.

All of us will die for nothing.

But if the clan hears the leader propose another idea…

A better Idea…

This plan might work. But I need your help."

When Itachi met Fugaku's eyes, he saw the same hardened gaze he had expected. It was a confirmation nothing had changed, and he had no choice but to proceed with his plan.

"I'm sorry. I never wanted it to come to this," Itachi spoke softly.

Understanding dawned in Fugaku's eyes, extinguishing the simmering rage. Looking at his son, he noticed a four-pointed pinwheel in Itachi's eyes and tears trailing down his cheeks, a first for anyone other than Itachi himself to witness.

"Shisui gave me his eyes before he passed away so I could protect Arashi. He didn't want his sacrifice to be in vain. This genjutsu is already in effect; you'll now strive to bring the clan into line," Itachi explained, his eyes narrowing as blood trickled down.

"I'll reconsider the coup d'état and see what I can do to unite the clan," Fugaku conceded, then he walked away.

Itachi's eyes reverted to their normal state. 'I wish I hadn't been forced to do that. But the plan isn't complete yet,' he thought as he flickered back home.

----------------------------------------

The following day, Arashi woke up early for some kenjutsu training. He grabbed a katana and headed to the Uchiha training grounds. As he walked, he overheard whispers from a couple of genin discussing Shisui.

One looked older than Arashi; he had medium-length hair falling into his face.

"What a shame Shisui had to die like that. You know, people say his life went downhill as soon as he met his brother," said the older-looking genin.

"He had a brother?" the other one questioned.

"Has a brother, and that's him over there. But don't look; he has the Rinnegan," the first warned.

"That's his brother?" The second genin mocked.

"Yeah, I heard someone say he killed Shisui himself."

"Shh! He'll hear you," the first genin cautioned.

Arashi's fists clenched at their words. 'How dare they say I killed Shisui,' he seethed inwardly.

"I don't care if he hears me. Watch this," the older genin boasted.

With that, he picked up a pebble and hurled it toward Arashi, who spun around to catch it effortlessly.

Sure, here's your passage edited into the third person:

Arashi stabbed the ground, leaving his katana standing upright. "None of you have any right to talk about my brother!" He inflicted the pebble with chakra and hurled it back at the older genin, striking his forehead protector with enough force to knock him backward.

"Kazuya!" the other genin yelled, seeing his friend fall.

"I'm fine, leave me alone," Kazuya muttered, rubbing his head. When he saw the blood on his hand, he clenched his fists. "I'm going to take you to your brother, you little brat!"

Arashi appeared behind Kazuya in a flash, delivering a swift kick to his leg. The other genin lunged at Arashi, only to be caught in a genjutsu.

Kazuya tried to grab Arashi's hand and pull him closer, but Arashi broke free and leaped back.

"Hey, what are you kids doing?" a grown man shouted, seeing the commotion.

Arashi glanced at him, his Rinnegan active. The man shivered and froze on the spot.

"This fight's not finished!" Kazuya declared, activating his three-tomoe Sharingan.

Kazuya reached into his pocket and pulled out a kunai, preparing for the battle.

"You have no right talking about Shisui!" Arashi swapped places with Kazuya's unconscious friend, appearing behind him.

"Arashi, stop!" Itachi intervened just as Arashi's hand was about to strike Kazuya's head. "What are you doing?"

"These guys said I killed Shisui. But I didn't! They even attacked me and threw a rock at my face," Arashi explained.

"This idiot started a fight with us," Kazuya retorted.

Frowning, Arashi turned to Itachi. "Let's go."

"Hmph…" Retrieving his katana, Arashi walked alongside Itachi.

As they moved toward the Uchiha training grounds, Itachi asked, "So? What's all the big fuss about?"

"Didn't you hear me? They asked for it. They talked like they knew Shisui and wanted to spread rumors that I killed my brother! I should've broken his jaw. I would've if you hadn't stopped me," Arashi vented.

Itachi looked at him intently. "You need to learn how to let things go, Arashi. Don't act rashly when someone talks about someone you care about."

Arashi lowered his head. "That's not fair. Why shouldn't they get punished for saying stuff like that? They're the ones who started it."

Itachi smiled, poking Arashi's forehead with two fingers. "Losing your temper so quickly will do you no good. I'm only lecturing you because I know you can be better."

Itachi walked ahead. "I don't want to favor either of you, but if Sasuke sees me pampering you, he'll think I am. I invited him to train with us, but he refused. He says he'll do better on his own."

'Sasuke... Come to think of it, Sasuke has been acting differently. I hope it's not because of me,' Arashi pondered.

"Oh well, I won't force him to train with us. Besides, this will make things easier. I wanted to focus our training on something," Itachi continued.

"What do you want to focus on? Am I learning a new jutsu?" Arashi inquired.

Itachi shook his head. "Your Rinnegan. You've never turned it off after awakening it, right?"

"Yeah, I can't do it. Shisui tried teaching me how to turn off a Dōjutsu, but it won't work. It's like I get there, and then it strains my eyes," Arashi explained.

"I get it, but that's what I'm here for. I'm going to teach you how to turn off your Rinnegan," Itachi assured him.

Arashi smiled and nodded, eager for the next step in his journey.
