"I'm a bit tired and just want to find a private room to rest," Blanchie replied dismissively.
"Then we should hurry back. It's not safe here. I just heard a few people seem to be looking for someone; it's probably going to get chaotic again."
Blanchie felt a complex mix of emotions. How should she put it? It seemed she had once again dragged Felix into this. If Allen found out she was with Felix, wouldn't he explode in anger?
"I'm feeling a bit dizzy. Can you go to the bar and get me a hot towel? I'll wait for you here," Blanchie said.
"Sure, just wait a moment," Felix replied without any suspicion.
Taking advantage of this moment, Blanchie splashed some water on her face to clear her head and then ran outside.
The door was right in front of her, but the fear in Blanchie's heart deepened. Just as she was about to touch the doorknob, a figure blocked her path. The familiar scent made her legs go weak, and she fell into that person's arms.
