When Claudius finished talking to the queen, he started walking back to his room where he left Augustine with Victor and his two brothers who probably attacked him with multiple questions.

After talking to Cathleen, Claudius felt better, one of his concerns evaporated.

He was worried about her not being happy with his father because of what happened in the past, but it seems that William actually treats his wife like any good husband should do for his wife.

Maybe William put a bit extra effort doing that just to make sure he would not make Cathleen feel any less.

Maybe William and Cathleen just don't need that type of love to be happy with each other.

Everybody's relationship is different but as long as both of his parents are happy together, that's all that matters.

Entering his room to find his two brother surrounding Augustine and asking him questions was exactly what he expected to find, but he didn't find that.
