As Ethan was escaping deep inside the forest while being entirely naked and with his di*k flaying around in the air, two people were at a stand off near the place where Ethan had brutally massacred the masked men.
"Who are you?" A man with hauntingly red eyes spoke as he glanced at the man cladded in red and black.
The man with red eyes who asked the question was feeling a threatening chill emanating from the man standing in front of him. His instincts screamed him to run as fast as possible from here, while a part of him wanted to drink that man's blood.
However the red eyed man couldn't even move his body let alone taking any action against the man cladded in the black. The only thing he could move was his face and that wasn't helpful in the current situation.
"What is your name?" The man in the black who was looking in the direction where Ethan had escaped spoke.
The red eyed man was compelled to answer as he felt that if he didn't answer, something worse was waiting for him.
"Eustace," The red eyed man answered quickly.
"I don't remember anyone named Eustace," The man muttered, while trying to remember.
"Are you from Volturi?" Eustace spoke but he himself was unsure of this question as he had never seen such a powerful being even in Volturi. Although the man cladded in black had his face hidden due to a hood, he could feel how powerful he was.
"Volturi?" The man smirked at Eustace's question. "How long has it been since I heard that name...." he trailed off while in deep thought.
"What coven do you belong to?" Eustace spoke as except the sense of danger he couldn't feel anything else from this man. If he hadn't seen with him his own eyes, he would have never been able to notice his presence.
It seemed like the man was present and not present at the same time. It was a feeling, very hard to describe. Of the 669 years of his life he have never come across such a being.
'How is he so powerful? Is he even a vampire?' Eustace's mind went into overdrive but still he couldn't come to any form of conclusion.
Suddenly from nowhere a breeze came and blew off the hood covering the man in Black's face.
Eustace felt a shiver run down his spine as he saw the man in black's face.
The man in black turned his piercing gaze to Eustace, who felt a primal fear grip his senses. There was something in his eyes, something ancient and dark, that made Eustace want to cower and submit.
"What do you want from me?" Eustace managed to choke out, his voice barely a whisper.
The man in black's lips curled into a cruel smile, and Eustace felt a surge of terror grip his heart. "Your life."
Eustace's mind reeled at the sheer malevolence in hia words. This was no ordinary threat. This was a predator, a force of nature intent on destruction.
Before he could even muster a scream, he felt the life draining from him, his limbs growing cold and heavy. The man in black hadn't moved an inch, yet Eustace could feel the grip of death tightening around his throat.
As Eustace's vision began to blur, the man in black's voice cut through the darkness that threatened to consume him. "Fate is a cruel bit*h," he murmured, his voice carrying a weight of ancient wisdom. "Nothing is free in this world. Not even life."
Eustace's last breath left him, and the world faded into nothingness.
The man in black watched Eustace's lifeless form disintegrating into nothing with a cold detachment, his eyes reflecting the torment of centuries past. He had taken another life, another soul lost to the unyielding tide of fate. But there was no room for remorse in his heart, only the relentless march of inevitability.
"Nothing is free," he whispered to the empty air. "Not for you, not for me. We are all bound to the whims of fate."
Suddenly he clenched his fist and a rare emotion could be seen on his face as he continued,"Not for long though."
The man in black raised his hand and a surge of power flowed through him as he focused on the scene before him. The masked men began to crumble into dust, their forms dissolving into nothingness. The bloodstains on the ground, once dark and ominous, faded away as if they had never been there.
Turning his attention to the lake where Ethan had bathed, the man once again raised his hand. The waters of the lake trembled and then slowly began to recede, as if they were being erased from existence. The ripples on the surface vanished, leaving behind nothing but bare earth where the lake had once been. The surrounding trees and foliage, once reflected in the tranquil waters, shuddered and blurred, as if they too were being pulled into the void.
As the destruction spread, the very air seemed to distort and twist, swallowing up any trace of the events that had transpired. The sound of birdsong, the rustle of leaves, the gentle hum of insects—all fell silent, as if the world itself held its breath in anticipation of the man in black's power.
With a final surge of energy, the man in black wove a cloak of forgetfulness, casting it over the area where the lake had once stood. Anyone who chanced upon the spot would find their memories blurred, their recollections of the events clouded and uncertain. The very fabric of reality seemed to bend and reshape itself, concealing the truth of what had transpired.
And then, with a sense of finality, the man in black lowered his hand. The destruction was complete, the evidence of the fight and the lake erased from existence. There was no trace of the masked men, no sign of the blood that had been shed, and no hint of the lake that had once glistened in the sunlight.
As the man in black stood at the edge of the now empty lake, his eyes gazed up at the sky with an intensity that seemed to pierce through the very fabric of the universe. There was a fierce determination in his gaze, the kind that spoke of battles fought and hardships endured, but also there was a bit of tiredness. He knew that his enemies were approaching, drawn by the lingering remnants of the power he had wielded moments before.
"Fu*king bastard," the man in the black muttered as he once again looked in the direction where Ethan was running. Though he seemed to be cursing Ethan, his words weren't directed at the naked man, but more at himself.
"Still I don't regret choosing the blue pill," A smile crept over the man in black's face.
And just like that, the man in black vanished from the spot, leaving no trace of his presence behind. It was as if he had never been there at all, and the world continued on, unaware of the power that had been unleashed.
