Chapter 4

Oliver was walking down the road with Loben at his side as students walked in hurried steps.

Oli and his classmate are lazy as they got caught by the student council which makes them join the other student to fall in line for being late for a flag ceremony.

Oliver didn't mind since being lazy was one of his traits past life. Loben though was smiling wryly as he habitually did it every day it affects his lesson.

Oliver noticed lately that Loben was having a problem, he and their group knew that Loben's parents got separated and only currently living with his grandmother along with his sister that was attending junior high school.

Oliver plans to help Loben as he was reminded of his past self but decided to wait and ask for an opportune time.

"So Oliver, is there an assignment? I was absent last Friday." Loben said as they walk in the hallway, going to the room.

"Meh, not that I know of. Besides, I might be only staying for a couple of months. Been feeling out of place, to be honest." Oliver said casually as Loben's shoulder slumped down hearing that.

"You planning of dropping out?"

"Temporarily I think."

"You're not worried about the future?"

Oliver just shrugged as they entered the classroom and were stared at by their classmates.

'Didn't know Oliver was also dealing with that? *sigh* Maybe, I'll do the same, and my relatives might understand.' Loben thought as he misunderstood because Oliver have other intentions.

It was currently recess and some of the students eating with their groups, and others were on their own or outside the campus. Oliver along with Loben and Alex was already currently in the room talking to each other as Loben told what Oliver said earlier to Alex which made Alex surprised.

"ARE YOU GONNA DO THAT OLIVER!?" Alex asked furiously as he looked at Oliver. He can't control being loud as he thought Oliver passed that. He was patted on the shoulder by Loben giving him a knowing look as he sighed and sat down.

Alex looked around the room and was stared at by his classmates who were eating, which embarrassed him. He apologised for being loud and then begin asking questions to Oliver who answered that "he needed time to think and meditate".

Alex had a sad look knowing Oliver had decided. His thought was disturbed when a group of loud and laughing classmates entered the room, he grabbed his things and seat beside the chair near Oliver.

"You trio okay?" a 5'3 tall teen said as he sat near them behind a group.

"Yeah, you guys didn't hang out with us anymore? We are still cool right *smirk*" a blonde coloured hair teen said seeming like a leader of the 6 teens. He was pretty much the "leader" in the class which annoyed every one of his classmates.

"We're cool, we just talked about some math and tech stuff." Alex said as his voice was hurried. Loben though was keeping his head down avoiding their gazes.

Oliver noticed this as he look at these 2 "friends" of his that were afraid. He remembered that this group bullied the former owner's body and his friend back in the days. He knows these types of things annoyed him most in school days as he experience them too. Still, he stayed silent and closed his eyes while his arms crossed.

The leader of the group get near Alex and whispered something to him.

"By the way, can you lend money to your friend here? He needs to buy something but is short." the leader whispered as he emphasised friend in a threatening manner.

Alex hearing that, get his wallet and took some 10$ bills and said "Here Kim, I hope that's enough."

Kim look at the 10$ and narrowed his eyes as Alex's wallet was full. Rich kids like him were easy to threaten when you hold something important to them.

"Thanks, friend... hmm" Kim said as he look at Oliver beside them as the conversation was heard by Oliver.

'This is problematic, I didn't encounter a bully like this as the ones I've experienced were using brawn strength to assert their dominance. A kid like this was a lackey in my previous world yet it can make 6 kids follow him.' Oliver thought while he was being observed by Kim.

A light slap that can only be heard by the bullies and Oliver's friend was heard. Still, Oliver who was slapped lightly had his eyes closed as though that slap didn't bother him.

Kim smirked and walked away from the trio as the groups were seated near the girls. Though you could see that the atmosphere of the class was down because of it.

"Just ignore them Oli, it's not worth the anger." Alex said in a low voice as Loben nodded to the other side.

This action when Kim slapped Oliver didn't go unnoticed by some of the classmates who shook their heads at Oliver. One group of the girl was looking at that scene and got angry but held it to herself, that didn't go unnoticed by her group.

"Reina, we've noticed that you've been staring at Oliver who was slapped. You should know that Kim can pretty much do everything except for us, a pity that Alex got caught and trapped." a girl from the group said to Reina.

"I feel bad about Oliver, you should've heard the news about his parents." Reina said which her group replied with a nod.

'Oliver's atmosphere change too, it feels like a different person. Although I hate my father and brother, I should be grateful a little.' Reina thought as she gazed at Oliver who sleep.

Oliver who was sleeping, was in deep thought to care about being slapped. He was looking consciously for a task that can be improved his body, but the task got taken down the other day. But not a minute later 1 task appeared that improved his body and choose to accept it.

[Body training (1/1): You'll be imprínted with one of the workouts and correcting your postures. When you go to the gym or if you're ready the punishment will appear.

-Reward for completion: 0.2 Con. and a chance to obtain random items.

(This will be a side task that can be completed once a day)]

'What timing, so the "system" detect what I want to do. I was planning to accept that task and got changed to this maybe because it was a one-time. Imma do this early every day, as it won't stack I think.' Oliver thought as the recess was done and a professor was inside the classroom getting ready.
