Sucessful visit

"Emporer Deimos," Chloe called out to me as she tried to help me, but I pushed her hand away swiftly, just the thought of those tainted hands touching me was horrifying

"I really am sorry," she said as she held my arm and tied it, I could not react at all, it was as if I was in some type of chant. I did not feel disgusted by her nor did I get the will to kill anyone at that moment, in fact, the only thing that was in my mind at that moment was how beautiful she would look in the Empresses sit

"You are the Duke's daughter?," I asked as it was still highly doubtful that she was his daughter, how could someone like him have such a beautiful and smart daughter? It all seemed like a terrible trick

"Sadly I am," Athena said and I could see the glint of sadness in her eyes, it was faint, but it was there

"Interesting," I said and found myself smiling out of nowhere

"Emporer Deimos," Chloe greeted me with a smile, the way I wanted to kill her for disturbing the conversation between Athena and me was worrying. It seemed that I was now in the hands of Athena and she was doing so many things to me without even trying

"The future is yet to be seen," I said as looked at Athena, I looked at her searching for something in her eyes, something that showed that she had an interest in me, even a small one, but there was nothing. Nothing at all

"I have said what I wanted to say, Earl George, I hope that even with our broken engagement, we have no bad blood, at least for your sake," she said and bowed her head to me which pissed me off, why was she doing that to me, she was supposed to hold my hand, smile at me and tell me that she would see me later, but now she didn't she just confidently walked away

"George, I shall speak to my sister and I am sure you will resolve everything at the ball tomorrow," Chloe said talking to the Earl, the man whom I truly wanted to kill at that moment

"I shall take my leave," I said and left before my thoughts of killing the Earl were applied to real-life
