A bit of time passed and the the couple were finally departing to the West, Maya cried as she said goodbye to her friend, it was as if she was sending her to the devil's den, but at least she had a devil who was obsessed with her right next to her, that made Maya much better. A lot of people gathered to say goodbye to the Empress and Emporer as they departed and wished them a safe return for they knew how their empress was treated in the West was different from the way she was treated at the Noth, the North praised and loved Athena, she was their moon, a true Empress who took her time to make at least one pair of warm and comfortable clothing for the people who couldn't afford it so they could be more at ease when winter arrived

The husband and wife had been on the road for two days already and they never got bored of speaking together, Deimos spoke of his parents to Athena, and both of them sadly died, it was first her mother and because his mate died, her father followed her a few weeks later after making sure that he had given Deimos all the information about being a leader and about being a good husband and father

Deimos spoke very fondly of his parents to Athena, the whole time he had a smile on his face. He told her about how they used to run around the Palace rooms and how he would sometimes catch his parents dancing while laughing together in the throne room. He also spoke about how his parents were visited by a strange woman who named him Deimos

Athena listened to him attentively as he spoke his story and one might find it silly, but she fell more in love with him, she loved how that side of Deimos was known by no one else but her and she was going to keep it like that forever

There were so many stories spoken during the ride and during the stops to rest the two of them made love to each other far away from everyone a lot, it was as if being away from all the responsibilities and obligations was bringing out the wildness in them.

They would go out to the woods and look at the flowers and stars whilst chasing each other and loving each other more and more with each passing second Deimos gained a new obsession of kissing his wife's mark and his blood cravings reduced, but the craving of her touch became stronger.

They finally arrive at the west
