"That is very hostile Prince Leonidas" Chloe said to Leo who just looked at her with pure hate

"It would be very helpful for my ears if you kept your mouth shut, daughter of Duke" Leonidas said

"You speak as if I do not have a name," Chloe said as she looked at him with her arms folded

"My cousin is only addressing you by your title, Duke's daughter for we do not have a relationship that is close enough for us to be addressing each other informally" Athena said and smiled at her

"Only because you're out of the family tree does not mean we have to be strangers, come on, your mother was married to father after all" Chloe said and the people who were witnessing all of that saw her as a saint, after all Athena was just a woman who sold herself to the enemies

"Now that you mention it, if I could turn back time, I would stop my mother from marrying your father, but can't change the future dearest Duke's daughter, but if you will excuse me, I need to congratulate the other Duke's daughter for being such a pride," Athena said as pulled past Chloe who just stood her angry, but maintaining her composure and of course Deimos and Leonidas followed

"Empress Athena, Emporer Deimos and Prince Leonidas " Charlotte greeted and bowed her head a bit in respect

"Hello Charlotte, how have you been?" Athena asked with a smile. Charlotte was by far the only child that her father and stepmother had that had the potential to be sane, all she needed to do was get out of that house that filled her with evil thoughts

"I've been great, the baby has been well as well," Charlotte said shly, she was embarrassed to talk to Athena after watching her being abused all those years, she watched it all unfold and she did nothing, she was just as guilty as all of them

"Oh dear, why are you crying?" Athena asked as she whipped her tears

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry I never helped, I knew it was not okay, but I didn't stop them" Charlotte cried and Athena hugged her, making her cry in her arms

"Oh dear, it's okay, you were young and you just wanted to please them, I completely understand," Athena said as she held her in a warm hug

The people had no clue what was happening, what was happening was the reason why some nobels never showed up for gatherings because some shit would be going on and they can't follow because they do not know the details

Athena was so happy, she smiled, Deimos saw it, he saw that look again and he just knew that she was at it again which meant there was going to be a lot of bloodshed on those days of celebration
