CHAPTER 1 THE RUTHLESS PRINCE

In the kingdom Persia in the palace castle a young mid twenties man could be seen he had red eyes a sculpted jaw some would his beauty will be comparable to that of a god .

but it was opposite victor was known as the war machine, ruthless prince no one dared to confront ,he started going to wars since he was fourteen he had four brothers who envied him a lot and had plotted against him on many occasions.

Lucien was a cold blooded man who was after the throne of Persia making his first brother pierce envy him a lot .

Lucien was practicing his sword fighting skill, one of his general and closest friend came towards him and said"at your sword practicing again I see prince lucien" Lucien gave him a cold smile and continued his training.

at that moment prince Pierce came in he was a man who was a tall man muscular man he was a beauty but had a mocking smile on his face "would you look at that my brother is still practicing but why do you forget that being strong isn't only what you need to rule a kingdom, you need to be smart and tactical" Lucien replied" so is brother pierce implying that am not to rule"

pierce burst into laughter he couldn't control himself "obviously I didn't say that you could rule this kingdom but that won't happen"

now it was Lucien who stifled a laugh ,but pierced ignore him and said"I want you planning on who you going to get married too or have you forgotten that you need to marry before you can access the throne"

"well I don't see how that your business I will get the throne my own way"

pierce smiled a little before walking away, while Lucien general who was quiet through their conversation finally pitched in

"well Lucien your brother is right we need to get you married you know the King's health is declining and we can't further it more it will be a disadvantage to us if the king dies and you,re are not married"

Lucien knew his general was right and just side he never intended to marry throughout his whole life but now for the throne he is willing to sacrifice just that one thing marriage

TWO DAYS LATER

In the kingdom of Halle there was a princess named hazel she had just one brother she was known for her kindness and cleverness, but her father king Richard was downright greedy he would do anything for more power and wealth

hazel was in her room and her maid was attending to her hair when her elder brother prince Zach stumbled in her room and said "Hazel Father calls your attention hall in the Palace hall and he said as you had this over to you" he said this while handing her maid a royal blue ball gown

hazel said "what is this are we having a ball party"

Zach just dismissed her and told her to get ready and come quick then hurriedly left, hazel was obviously very confused when her maid chipped in excitedly

"what is Lady Hazel it's an arrangement for your marriage, you have come to age haven't you it might be your prince charming"

"father will never have me married without my consent,okay maybe he might but mother will not but we should get dressed let's see what he's going to say"
