Lost Cause (A Word Of Advice ~ 1)
Not everyone can be saved..
FACT
Because they never seek to stop and change..
BAD
Whoever said that we were perfect clearly..
LIED
There's worth in God's works, but not from us..
NOW LISTEN
We're only here because of Him..
LISTEN
We would not matter if He said so..
HONEST
Without a doubt, we're merely dirt piles
OUCH
But, not all of us will stay vile
The choice is ours in what we want to do
Life will change once we make the move
Either way we struggle
Either way we tussle
Either way we hit the ground with every living muscle
We will all be tired
We will all be pained
There's no easiness
Like toxic rain
And we'll start doubting if there's anything to gain
Thankfully, we are wrong
God sees us and carries us along
If we want Him
If we accept Him
If we are ready
If we stay steady
We'll pray for all of those lost in need of finding
Never meaning harm nor foul within our helping
Though remember, everyone is not the same
Not everyone is solely to blame
But they exist
Somewhere
A lost cause
Full of knowledge
Without a care
Always pray for those who need it and for yourself. But, we cannot control someone's life nor their decisions. All we can do is help guide them to the Truth of God and assist them throughout their journey. They must be the ones to want to make the change. It takes more than just hearing, but believing and obeying the Lord. So at the end of the day, never feel responsible for somebody else's choices. Because some people will be set in their ways and will sadly fall short as a result.
