Chapter 14: We Fight And No Surrender

Owl said:

Belle gathered more nearby marble blocks into a large stone shield and charged towards Xanuguis. Belle immediately launched her stone shield forward, causing four cannonballs to explode and Xanuguis was a little surprised to think she was dead. Belle jumped over the explosion and fired five air beams at Xanuguis in quick succession, hitting her armor. Xanuguis was angered so she turned her left robotic arm into a saw blade gun and fired five saw blades at Belle. Belle waved her wand and said:

"Diversion spell."

Suddenly five saw blades got hit with magic and crashed into each other and destroyed them, and the fifth saw blade flying towards Xanuguis. Xanuguis quickly dodged but the upper left robotic arm was lost by the saw blade. Too pissed off, Xanuguis said with madness:

"You Dare!"

Xanuguis pointed all three remaining robotic arms at Belle, which transformed into cannons that fired a supersonic wave at Belle. Belle raised her energy shield to cover it, but the shield was instantly destroyed and she was pushed back. Xanuguis aimed for the advantage and fired another supersonic wave at Belle. Belle tried to fly but was pushed back again. Belle thought to herself:

"Oh no, I have to counterattack now."

Belle waited until Xanuguis was about to fire again, preparing an air beam on the tip of the wand to counterattack. Xanuguis thought Belle had surrendered so she arrogantly fired another supersonic wave at her. Suddenly Grim shot out of nowhere and cut off The Evolution's two tails, causing its psychic energy to disappear and releasing Belle. Grim immediately kicked The Evolution away and swung his sword at Xanuguis's chest, sending her back down. Grim held Fallen Katana Ronin of Owl and said:

"This is a good sword."

Grim drew his sword back to its scabbard and ran to help Belle up, he said:

"Belle, are you okay?"

Belle replied:

"Oh Grim, how did you get here?"

Grim said:

"I've defeated their Grand General Owl, here's his sword."

Grim showed Belle the Owl's sword, Belle said:

"But this is my battle, just me to be able to fight Xanuguis."

Grim replied:

"No, I came here because I knew it would be difficult for you to fight Xanuguis."
