Knowing His Identity

Liu Jiangou who was reading an article in a newspaper, lowered the paper and looked at Liu Rushi. He furrowed his brows as he felt anger in her rising voice.

Liu Rushi stared at her father and asked again. "Why...did...you... make him resign?" She folded her arms above her chest and daringly glared at her father. She knew what she was doing was wrong but what he was doing was also wrong.

Why did he had to make Manager Ji leave the company just for a small thing? She cried inwardly and felt pity on him.

Liu Jiangou threw the paper on the table and instantly got up. He glared at his daughter angrily and took long strides towards her. Approaching her, he dangerously smirked and asked "Didn't your so-called boyfriend not tell you the reason of me telling him to resign, huh?" He stared at her with piercing eyes.

"Don't bring Lei Qingshan in this! He barely knows anything." Liu Rushi angrily screamed at her father. Her blood started to boil when she heard what her father said.

She tightly clenched her fists and looked at her father with bloodshot eyes.

Liu Jiangou scoffed. He immediately chuckled and moved closer to Liu Rushi. "Don't you know? Your Manager is the same man, the man whose ring you are wearing." He whispered in her ear and walked away saying "If it was someone else, I would have agreed to let him stay... But since it is the same man, Aigoo! He needs to handle a big company on his own... Why bother to stay? That is why I made him resign."

"Wh...what are you saying?" Liu Rushi turned around to question her father but before she could do say more, she saw the door closing.

"What was that? Why did he say it like that? Why did he say that about Lei Qingshan?" She delve herself in deep thoughts. What her father told wasn't at all making sense.

Her anger started to subside down as the thoughts in her started to grow more and more.

Liu Rushi took out her phone and called Lei Qingshan. She knew that her father told only to make her hate Lei Qingshan. Since, Lei Qingshan had previously fooled her by acting like two persons... This time also, she felt that maybe her father's talk was true.

She knew that it was going to be absurd to ask him directly through the phone.

Therefore, she thought of meeting him and asking directly face to face.

She called but there was no reply from him. She again called and after a few rings, she heard his voice.

Holding her phone tightly in her hand, she gritted her teeth "Can we meet? I want to talk to you."

It was no surprise for Lei Qingshan as he had expected that sometime or the other she would call him. And it was sooner than he had expected. An smile crept on his face and he answered nonchalantly "Okay!" He agreed to her request and Liu Rushi told him about where they should meet.

An hour later, Liu Rushi sat in a café wearing casual clothes. After what her father told her, she didn't felt like dressing up. She just wore a pink knee-length skirt and a white T-shirt and folded her hair in a messy bun.

She came a little earlier than the actual meeting time. As the numbers of the clock in her phone kept on changing, she became nervous. Her nervousness grew more and more with the passing of time.

She felt her body shivering. She didn't know whether it was the the air conditioner in the café or the fact that she was gonna ask some questions which was gonna bring some trouble in their relationship.

Liu Rushi rubbed her hands over her body and waited impatiently for Lei Qingshan to arrive. She opened her phone and messaged Feng Mian.

Instantly, a reply came from her and Liu Rushi's face turned bright red.

She had asked what she was doing and Feng Mian had shamelessly replied that she and her husband were going to engage in sexual activities for the day. She even sent her a photo of herself wearing a sexy lingerie.

Liu Rushi looked at the photo and gasped.

She replied "Sexy AF!"

And Feng Mian replied with an emoji.

And after a few seconds, Feng Mian said that her husband had come and she needed to go. As she saw her friend's status going from online to offline, Liu Rushi sighed.

Liu Rushi felt that she should have had a life like Feng Mian's. Feng Mian had a good husband, she was happy and living a good life.

Whereas for Liu Rushi... She had found the person whom she wanted. She had found her Mr. Right. But there were a few things that were not going right for her.

Her parents wanted her to not marry her Mr. Right. Her Mr. Right wasn't so right as she had thought, he was sometimes or the other hiding something from her... And she was in an argument with her own family, the family with whom she had spent her entire life.

She heard the dragging of a chair and looked in front of her. "Oh!! You are here!" She exclaimed and adjusted herself.

Lei Qingshan sat down and asked "Did you wait for long?"

"No! I just came!"

After waiting for a little while, Lei Qingshan noticed her rubbing her hands. 'So, she knows it all!' He heaved a deep sigh.

Running his hands through his hair, he growled being frustrated and slammed on the table. "Ahh! I think I should say it all! Come with me!" Holding her hand, he dragged a troubled looking Liu Rushi out of the café.

Stopping in front of his car, he let go of her hand and narrated her everything. He told her that he, himself was Ji Min Jun, that he had deliberately planned on meeting her so, that he could be with her for the rest of his life.

He took a deep breath and looked in her eyes. He watched her as the tears started falling down her cheek. He was feeling bad for hurting her like this. He knew it that the moment he was going to be like this, he was surely gonna hurt her.

And now, after seeing her get hurt... he felt his heart clench tightly. He felt something tight in his chest as if he was not able to breathe.

With every tear she shed, his heart clenched that much tighter.

He lifted his hand to wipe her tears and she looked up at him "Why?"
