Grain could feel the rage in Phil's words.

He looked at Phil and frowned slightly. "This is what the Yates in Capitol promised me. Do you want to go back on your word?"

Grain sneered.

He could ignore other things, but the Yates were not allowed to touch the Yates' bottom line.

Phil shook his head. "I'm not going back on my word!"
