Seeing the notification, my mind became alert, I remembered the system's earlier warning of how shortage of blood could kill me.

She hit me in the face again.

[-5hp ] . And again [ -5 hp] and again [ -5 hp ] and again [ -5hp ] .

I felt dizzy as my eyes began to spin.

[ Host has 20hp left ]

[ Once hp reduces to 10 , Host will fall into a coma ] .

I closed my eyes in pain.

What had awfully gone wrong?.

I had thoughts that with all that confidence the day before, this cleansing wouldn't be much of a big deal. Was I wrong?.

I looked at the others. Ray layed on the ground seemingly unconscious . The snake eyed lady was banging on the shield covering Selene. The shield already had a huge crack on it.

The only ones who seemed to be doing alright were the twins who were still hitting Crane hard and Victoria who seemed to be holding her own off against Ereneth.

" Hey, don't look away from me ", She brought my face closer and landed another punch.

[ -5 hp]

If I fell into a coma now, there was no telling what these people might do to me. I looked into her huge green eyes and sharp teeth.

" Now that's better ", She raised her hands. As her fist connected with my face, I felt the world spin.

[ Hp left: 10 ].

[ Host will now fall into a coma in 10 seconds ]

10. 9. 8. 7.

Even with my last threads of consciousness, I raised my hands.

6. 5. 4. 3.

Copying the skill that I had seen Selene perform earlier, I formed my index finger and middle finger into the shape of a gun.

Using my last strength, I released the power from my finger tips.

Bang!.

2. 1. My eyes closed and my mind became blank.

Here we go again!!!!.

A large shot of blood left the fingertips of Elisse.

The shark toothed girl whose face was still near that of Elisse had no time to react.

The blood bullet carried a powerful force behind it hitting shark teeth straight at the forehead. A loud bang resounded across the room. But the bullet didn't stop there. It continued travelling till it burst out from behind.

The draconic shark opened her eyes wide in shock as she dropped dead to the ground.

The others in the room turned towards her.

" Suziiiee ", Snake eyes screamed and dashed forward. She picked the limp body of the shark girl and slung it over her shoulder.

" You ", She screamed again and pointed towards Elisse. The tears flowed from her eyes. " I curse you ", She hissed, a golden aura covering her.

The gold reflected on Elisse's body, temporarily lifting him off the ground. When the glow finally left his body, he fell back to the ground.

" Well, that wasn't part of the plan ", Crane shook his head.

Ereneth stretched out her hands, a magic circle appeared.

" We'll do this another time, Princess , when the casualties are fewer ".

The magic circle appeared under the feet of snake eyes who still had shark teeth slung over her shoulder. Another circle appeared under Cranes legs and a last appeared under Ereneth.

The three of them began to sink into the circle. They continued sinking till they were eventually gone.

The others in the room were too shocked to do anything. They just watched as the circles vanished from the ground.

Then gasping for air, Selene fell to the ground unconscious.

Somewhere else, three magic circles appeared in a semi dark room. Out of them, Ereneth, Crane, Snake eyes still carrying Suzie on her shoulder, came out.

Someone else was already in the room waiting for them.

" I see things didn't go as planned ", he said.

It was a slightly short, lean man with green hair and thin moustache. He was putting on a one eyed glass_ like the one a detective would wear _ on his right eye. Inside this eye, was a sharp green pupil that had symbols engraved on it.

" But it was worth it ", he laughed maniacally.
