Kyoto City was silent. No one dared to step out of their home or shelter because the countdown in the sky was about to hit 0.
They understood one thing.
The countdown and the cracked sky signaled that something bad would happen.
Everyone developed a trauma to those 6 numbers that ticked down slowly each second.
However, some people who had knowledge about what it was dared to go out. They wanted to test their ability and waited for the next trial because holing up inside the house wasn't necessarily safer for those people.
Including the police, many people were waiting for the countdown to hit 0. Among them were Atsuku and Misaki, who had already changed their clothes to Kimono.
The former's clothes had holes and burnt in some places, so he replaced them with a black Kimono with golden coin patterns. The latter wore her white and red Kimono while holding a red paper umbrella.
