On the island Part 2

"WHAT!"

Hearing how many weeks they were supposed to stay on the island everyone was shocked. Byro and Elizabeth included.

"This must be a mistake out schools told us that we were supposed to be here for only six weeks" said a young man who was still rubbing his eyes while looking at Ray.

"That was a lie that we asked the teachers to say to you all. For if you knew how long you were to truly stay here most of you wouldn't come to this island."

Hearing this several students began to calm down "then why did you give us only four pieces of jerky. We won't even be able to survive in this for even a weak" said a girl as she took four jerky pieces out of her pocket.

"They what!"

"How many pieces!"

Several students began to talk loudly again as they all looked at Ray for answers.

"If we, the church, were giving you all the things you need then this who training would be for nothing. You all will have to go get you supplies from you surroundings. If that is all I shall be in the boat" Ray then walked into the baot and the rest of the hooded figures followed as well.

Everyone began to look at one another dumbfounded at what they hear "Ms. Ray forgot to mention that this is also a test so you will be representing your school. To pass the test you must bring the skulls of the creatures you kill back to the boats once you killed the creatures or once the ten weeks is up. If you turn them in when the ten weeks are up you get double points, but be warned since other people are allowed to steal" after saying this the hooded man walked into the boat.

Everyone stood still for several seconds until they all began to run back to their camp sites.

When Byro and Elizabeth reached their campsite they sat down around the stone campfire they made and thought for a couple of seconds. "Should we invite the others" said Byro as he looked at Elizabeth.

"We shouldn't"

"Why not?"

"They are probably going to steal our skulls if they get the chance."

"But If we stay by ourselves it's going to get harder for us to survive"

"That's why we have these stones. All we have to do is tame a creature and boom everything will be easy" said Elizabeth as she sat down proud of herself.

"Well that is true it will be easier for us if we get beasts, but what happend to your "I'm not going to get any beasts until I'm the head of the family" thing that you always did" said Byro as he looked at Elizabeth.

"Well I have to get one sooner or later and this area is perfect since I can not only get stronger but also get a beast that has a good aptitude with my magic."

Hearing this made byro think "So what im getting from this is that we need to find beasts that are good with our aptitude. So for you it has to be a plant type beast and me it has to be a crystal beast."

"Yep that exactly it and while we're on the topic of crystals you might want to make some crystal wepons for us to use" Hearing this Byro sighed and got up and walked to a nearby branch.

He snapped two branches off from the tree and sat down. "What wepong do you want."

"The usual raiper blade that we have at home"

"Of course you do" Byro then began to chant.

"Oh Goddes of gem I ask for thy power to help with this request."

A blue orb then a blue orb appeared infront of him and byro closed his hands squishing the blue orb in his palm. He then opened it up and a blue light was seen coming out of his hand.

He picked up own the baranches he ripped out from the tree and began to slowly move his hand on it. On the stick blue crystals began to form on it and started moving along with Byros hand.

When the crystals were done being generated Byro handed Elizabeth a Crystal rapier "I made it light so becarful not to hit it on hard things such as rocks or it might break."

Elizabeth then got up and slashed her raiper in the air "It's light but let's see how durable it is" she then slashed at a nearby tree.

Clang*

Elizabeth pulled the raiper close to her face and "sorry I broke it" the raiper was broken in two.

"I told you not to do something like that" said Byro as he grabbed the broken raiper and started using his magic on it.

"You said not to do it against a rock."

"If I said not a rock why do you think a TREE is an exception!" said Byro as he handed her the repaired raiper.

"What wepon did you make for yourself" said Elizabeth as he gently grabbed the raiper. "I created a broad sword for myself" as he said this he showed a crystal broad sword and a crystal sheath.

"I see wait why did you make yourself a sheath but not one for me" said Elizabeth.

"You were supposed to have one but since you broke your raiper you are not getting one."

"I guess that's fair."

The two of them then sat down and looked at each other. "So should we tame a beast now" said Byro.

"I guess so."
