DUAL PERSONALITY

Both Azren and Felice flinched in surprise when their sense of hearings caught Michy's sudden statement.

Azren reacted to the statement with his glimmering eyes, while Felice furrowed her curvy brows upon hearing the remark.

"Are you out of your mind, Mich? You don't even know him, but you agreed to give him a chance to live with you?"

Michy, with a face full of confidence, turned to his manager. "Weren't you the one who asked me to stop being rude toward an older person? I should respect him because he's older than me, shouldn't I?"

Felice's face visibly reddened at the idol's questions. Azren wasn't sure whether the lady was angry or embarrassed. He assumed that the former had a bigger probability.

Getting no response from the manager, Michy turned his head toward the blonde man again. "I agree to give you 100 days trial, and I also agree to let you live with me here."

Azren's face brightened up at the idol's decision, but it seemed that the idol had not finished speaking yet.

"However, this house is full of surveillance cameras that won't be easily removed or destroyed, so you better don't have any crazy idea about stealing my things. If you dare to do that, then I won't let you go. My family is not ordinary, so you better act carefully."

If Azren was an ordinary human, then he would have been scared to death upon hearing Michy's threat. Fortunately, Azren was not an ordinary human, and a threat like that meant nothing to him. If anything bad happened in the future, then he would just flee back to Hell, and the human wouldn't be able to find him.

"I understand," the Demon replied. "I will follow your rule, and if I must sign some paper, then I can do it right now."

The silver-haired boy's expression remained flat upon hearing the blonde's statement. "Felice will take care of the paperwork," he responded coldly. "She will explain the further details about your job as well, so you better listen to her carefully."

Without saying goodbye, the young idol got up from his seat and walked toward the stairs. The idol brought his skinny legs to climb up the stairs before entering one of the rooms upstairs.

"He's just going to take a nap."

Azren could hear Felice speaking, and he turned his head to the sexy lady. He was left alone with the lady in the living room, and he couldn't help but feel nervous again.

Compared to the girls he had seen in the demon realm, Felice looked way prettier than them all. Her long and wavy pink hair shone brightly under the lamp, and even her fair skin glowed beautifully like porcelain.

In his world, the king allowed the male and female demons have a relationship. The relationship between male and female demons in the demons realm was different from the one in the human world. The relationship between demons wasn't based on love but based on lust. The King of Hell forbade the demons to fall in love. Love was only for the angels, and demons didn't need that kind of weak emotion.

There were no specific rules about the relationship. The demons could even change partners as they wish. They could even have that kind of relationship with humans as long as there was no love between them. Yes, the King of Hell allowed the demons to disguise themselves as humans to satisfy their desires. Yes, Lucifer allowed them to have sex with humans.

As long as there was no love between them, then everything would be fine.

In his 200 years living as a demon, Azren had never seen anyone in his world broke the rules. In the past 200 years, there were no demons who harbored the forbidden feeling called love toward one another or the humans.

Lucifer hated love the most, and he would punish anyone who dared to fall in love. That was why Azren wasn't surprised by Lucifer's warning yesterday. He wasn't allowed to fall in love, and falling in love with a human would make things get worse.

"Are you listening to me, Azren?"

The young demon blinked his eyes. He heard the girl's question, but he didn't realize that the girl had said something to him before.

"I'm sorry, Felice. I was daydreaming just now."

"I was apologizing to you just now, but you said sorry to me as well."

The young demon stared at the lady in confusion. "Why were you apologizing to me, Felice?"

The girl, with her thin lips painted with red lipstick, smiled at the blonde. "I was being rude just now. I didn't mean to be suspicious toward you, but we're strangers, and anything can happen between strangers, right? There are so many scammers nowadays."

Azren didn't nod nor shake his head. There were indeed so many scammers nowadays, and that was the demons' doings. The demons worked so hard to persuade people to scam and do other bad things. The human world was far from peaceful, and that was because of the demons' doings.

"I'm not offended by your words, so you don't need to apologize."

Felice smiled beautifully at the blonde man. The lady didn't tell him her age, but if Azren could make a random guess, then the girl's age was probably around 25s. If his guess was right, then the girl was around his age when he was in his human form.

"Michy unexpectedly accepted you so easily, but I think you shouldn't be too happy about that."

Azren looked puzzled upon hearing the girl's statement. "What do you mean, Felice?" He couldn't help but ask the pink-haired girl.

The girl, with a pair of hazel eyes, gazed at him wistfully before she said, "Michy is dangerous. He has a dual personality."
