Chapter 65: You Can't Change My Mind

Lendon lowered his head and devoured her trembling lips. He kissed her fiercely.

"Kendra, you are mine. You are mine forever." He repeatedly said beneath the kisses he rained over her body.

"No one can take you from me. So don't try to run away."

Kendra fell asleep during Lendon's confession of love. He took her several times until he was satisfied. Then, he snapped back to reality after a couple of hours.

Lendon looked at her and felt guilty for the first time in his life. He saw the dark bruises he left on her body.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to hurt you this way," He whispered and planted a soft kiss on her lips, hoping he could ease the pain they both suffered.

Kendra did suffer a lot, and he was cursing himself silently. When he held Kendra and walked out of the private room, it was late at night.

"My Lord, Miss Miller..." Curtis walked to Lendon, supposed to ask him, but he choked back his words when he saw Kendra had passed out.
