The creature let out a pained cry before taking a giant leap away from its prey. It seemed to have sensed the sudden change in King's energy, and had backed away to a safe distance. It's leg had already began to heal, but King was going to give it time to fully recuperate.

King launched forward once again, and severed the second leg. The beast let out another deafening cry before dropping down to the dusty ground like a log. It's healing capabilities was no match to the attacks delivered by King.

King had leapt away just before the giant creature crashed down to the ground where he used to stand. He'd wasted enough time with this beast, and if he stayed too long without his limiters, he would inevitably wake the owner of this mind up, and he would in turn fight him off or raise his fortifications once more. There was no time for play anymore, he was going for the kill with his next attack.
