Was it the first time Elennora had called the man by his name?
No, it wasn't the first time Elennora addressed the taller man without using the man's formal title. When Elennora had just accepted Levan's love after he kept rejecting him, he also called Levan by his name, so it was definitely not the first time Elennora had called the man like that.
However, Elennora somehow felt a different sensation in his heart when he once again addressed the man by his name only. He did that when he had a big conflict in his heart, and somehow he felt that he was not alone even if he still couldn't tell Levan anything.
