Chapter 61: Return, A Drama of Five Women

Upon leaving the world of the biochemical crisis, Zhang Fan and Rebecca did not head straight back to the world of "Cat's Eye." Instead, they first arrived at Zhang Fan's personal space. Now a Junior Divine Servant, his space had expanded enormously to 81m³, leaving Rebecca utterly astounded.

"This immense space is all yours, Zhang Fan?" Rebecca gazed in awe at the lavish and palatial rooms of the residential area, the lowest level of the private space, wondering if she could really call this opulent place home.

"Indeed, from now on, this will be our home," Zhang Fan replied with a gentle smile. Although ordinary items in the private space could be conjured at will, they unfortunately could not be removed from this realm.

"Really? That's wonderful!" Rebecca exclaimed joyously, leaping into Zhang Fan's embrace like a delighted child.

"After exploring our new home, it's time for us to depart," Zhang Fan said, stroking Rebecca's hair affectionately before they left the private space to return to the world of "Cat's Eye." It's worth mentioning that after completing Main Quest 1 in their respective worlds, players of the God Game could freely travel between the world of "Cat's Eye" and the world of the biochemical crisis. Jill and Zhi Dai also enjoyed this privilege.

Back in the familiar environment of his room, Zhang Fan sighed in relief at their safe return. However, the sight of Rebecca sleeping on his bed brought a hint of worry. Though he had vowed to establish a harmonious harem before returning, the imminent confrontation with Little Tear and Little Tear's Sister made him apprehensive about how to explain the situation.

His contemplation was interrupted by the abrupt opening of the door. Little Tear entered with cleaning supplies, seemingly there to tidy his room.

"Zhang Fan!" Little Tear couldn't contain her surprise upon seeing him. To her, his six-day absence felt like years. Her joy at his return was evident, but her expression darkened upon noticing the sleeping Rebecca.

"Little Tear, let me explain!" Zhang Fan hurriedly jumped off the bed, knowing her jealousy. Without calming her first, his dream of a harmonious harem might shatter before it even began.

Before Zhang Fan could speak, Little Tear's Sister also arrived, noticing the unconscious Rebecca on the bed. Unlike Little Tear, she didn't react with shock but instead gave Zhang Fan a thumbs-up, adding to the confusion.

"Brother's back?" "Zhang Fan's back?" Tearful Child and Little Love joined the scene, further crowding the room.

"Zhang Fan…" Rebecca, waking up at the most opportune moment, added to the drama unfolding. Everyone froze, unsure of what to say or do next in this awkward tableau.

"What's going on here? And who is this young lady you brought back, Zhang Fan?" Little Tear's Sister broke the ice with a laugh, approaching Rebecca with a warm, inquisitive smile.

"My name is Rebecca Chambers, Zhang Fan's... teammate," Rebecca replied, hesitantly swallowing the words 'girlfriend' as she felt dwarfed by Little Tear's Sister's mature charm. 

"Ah, Rebecca is Zhang Fan's teammate. I'm Lai Shenglei, but you can call me Little Tear's Sister. Welcome aboard!" Little Tear's Sister's warm smile instantly won Rebecca over.

"Yes, Little Tear's Sister, pleased to meet you."

The introductions proceeded, with Little Tear's Sister introducing Little Tear, Little Love, and Tearful Child to Rebecca. Little Tear was noticeably colder, barely acknowledging Rebecca due to perceived rivalry.

"That night, Zhang Fan faced an interrogation by Little Tear and her sister, mainly from Little Tear, while her sister merely observed. Zhang Fan explained his mission, assuring

them of his safety and the challenges he encountered. Little Tear, concerned yet relieved, finally relaxed upon seeing him unharmed.

"Come on, if I were hurt, I wouldn't be here chatting with you. I'd be a zombie chasing after you," Zhang Fan joked, appreciating the warmth of being cared for.

"Hmph! If you dare turn into a zombie, I'll become a female zombie and haunt you forever!" Little Tear shot back, her fierce gaze revealing a deep sense of devotion.

Amidst their heartfelt moment, Little Tear's Sister playfully cleared her throat, reminding them of her presence. "Am I invisible here, or should I give you two some privacy?" she teased, her face betraying a hint of envy.

Startled, Little Tear quickly separated from Zhang Fan, her cheeks flushing with embarrassment.
