At The Police Station

On top of a ten storey building a person could be seen coming out of a white smo... or rather forming out of a milky white smoke.

It was night time so the white colour gave out a hint of luminosity.

The person who was formed from the white smoke was a 6 foot 3 inches giant who was wearing an all black suit, not even a single tinge bit of white could be seen on his clothes. Only thing shiny in his dull black appearance was his blonde hair and his white mask which had golden stripes on them. Other than his hair and mask his skin was white and shiny too but it was hidden under all the black clothing.

The man was none other than Ballard, the person who was going to handle and fix all these mess.

He stood on the building and closed his eyes. His eyes opened after a few minute had passed by, he turned his face towards the left and disappeared but there wasn't any milky white smoke this time, even in that lavishly decorated room where the highness was raging, there wasn't any smoke when he disappeared.

Unlike how it took him a second or two to form out of the milky white smoke, appearing and disappearing was almost instantaneous.

When he disappeared from the rooftop he had instantly appeared in the front of a police station.

The police station had a lot of people coming and going out of it, yet no one seemed to be surprised when the Ballard had suddenly appeared.

He started walking into the police station, even the police guards didn't notice him while he walked right past them, it was like he was invisible to them.

The reason he walked normally instead of zooming to his destination was because he was still trying to find the destination.

He stopped when he got to a place located on the third floor in the central of the floor.

A police man was walking by when he took a paper like thing from a pocket inside of his suit and put it on the man's back.

The man turned back as if he felt something touch on his back, but took it out of his mind as he didn't see anybody and thought of the touch as just some imagination, while he continued walking.

Ballard just kept on walking after he put the sticker on the man's back, he didn't even turn around to confirm if the sticker was properly placed or, not. He was that confident in his abilities.

He went from the central area to an area where a bunch of computers were kept, a lot of police men were also there but none of them noticed him. So he just walked up to a socket which was visible and the nearest, then proceeded to put his index finger in it.

A spark appeared on his finger and it was quickly disappeared into the socket.

After a few seconds, of Ballard messing with the socket, the electricity in the whole building was cut off.

Boom!

Just after a few seconds of the blackout an explosion occurred in the third floor of the police station which also affected the other floors.

Ballard didn't get out of the building instead he went towards the area of the explosion with his insane speed.

In Ballard's eyes everything was in slow motion.

Ballard started killing the police men and women by stabbing them with pieces of wood, glass or any other sharp and pointy thing he found. He also left some people alive as he didn't want any people to think of that this accident as suspicious.

He killed every person individually so that the, police men who knew about the incident related to Esther wouldn't be alive to investigate any further. He also destroyed their database along with any file related to that incident.

He had done research on the people who were aware of the incident. He got the information from the 'highness'.

Well a lot of people knew of the incident but the police were his main target because they had investigated the scene and they may or may not have found something that would threaten their existence to be revealed, so the highness didn't want to take the risk of letting this matter slide and had give the order to kill everybody. As for others, they will eventually forget about it and start thinking of it as a rumour.

Anyways after his work at the police station was done so his next task was to go to the forensic lab which was researching on the corpse and remove all the information about it.

He had made sure to make the incident at police station look like it was a bomb explosion which was set up by some terrorists. So he would also make sure to cover up the incident at the forensic lab as some accident.

Two hours later..... at the hospital

Ballard had gone to the forensic lab where the corpse was being kept.

He had caused a fire, not a big one, but enough to kill the few people who knew something and he also didn't forget to burn the corpse.

Only three people were killed at the lab, some were injured but some of them survived.

But he did not stop there, he went to the houses of some people who were not on their duties and killed them too. Some were killed alone or some died along with their loved ones. Ballard made sure that the deaths seemed normal or as some unfortunate accident.

Now he was at the hospital making sure that everything was under control.

Just when he thought that his work was done then he noticed something, he felt a bit of his own energy. It was like residual energy, the amount was very tiny. 'Its strange, why am I feeling residual energy now but not when I arrived to this place and its even more strange since there shouldn't be any residual energy. There wasn't any essence in the paper bomb so this place shouldn't have any residual energy and I made sure that I didn't leave any Man prints? Yet how can I feel it' He questioned this thought in his mind

He hurried to the place where he sensed the energy and saw a woman standing there, staring at the residual energy and then you know what happens her...

He killed her but wasn't satisfied, he thought that there might some more amount of residual energy that had escaped from his senses when he attached the paper. So he proceeded to bomb the entire hospital.

But This time he didn't use the paper, instead a few sticks of dynamite. They formed out of the whitish smoke.

He went to an area that had some police men lying on stretchers, still waiting to be operated.

He put each of the dynamite sticks inside the bodies of the police men. Who were yet to be treated and detonated them.

Ballard had thought that the whole hospital would explode but to his dismay only the bodies exploded and the people around them were affected only a little bit.

This didn't mean that the explosion was small in any means. The whole hospital had felt the shockwaves, even people outside could feel it but it just couldn't harm them.

The hospital was already in a rush and when people saw the pieces of human organs flying everywhere, panic ensued.

Shouts could be heard everywhere. The people were breaking the windows to escape, some unfortunate people were being trampled by the stampeding of the crowd.

A lot of people that were in the hospital, most of them were the families of the police men.

The families who were earlier in the hospital praying for their loved ones to be safe were now running with just the thought of being alive.

It was really a havoc.

A staff of the hospital could be heard shouting "CODE BLACK! CODE BLACK!" Into a mic but her voice was turned a deaf ear as another explosion broke out.

This one was big, very big.

Ballard this time, formed 50 kilos of Dinamite from the whitish smoke and placed it in the centre of the hospital. The panicked crowd didn't notice anything until the explosives were detonated.

Boom!

The whole hospital was obliterated. Even the area around the hospital was affected, pieces of glass were flying everywhere.

Shockwaves could be felt kilometres away from the hospital.

Ballard knew this would attract a lot of people but did it anyway because he thought the people would consider this as another one of the terrorist attacks.

A few minutes later Ballard left, after doing a bit of searching for if any residual survived all that, thankfully fortunately he didn't. Who knows what would he have done if he did find any residual energy, probably blow the entire city up.
