Chapter 56

''I will speak with dad first'' Judy started to say excitedly.

''I am not calling him to play around, Judy. We have important things to talk about'' Michael scolded his sister.

''No. No. I will speak with him first for some time then you can speak with him later,' Judy insisted.

Michael hissed. And then he handed the phone over to Judy.

''Yea? Who is it?'' Richard Williams' pleasant voice echoed at Judy from the other end of the phone call.

''Daddy, it's Judy,'' Judy cooed excitedly at her dad. Richard was so surprised to the extent that he nearly lost his grip on the phone.

''Stop shouting Judy, or else mom will hear you,'' Michael hushed her.

''Daddy, did you miss me? I have been missing you all the time,'' Judy told Richard. She reduced the volume of her voice to a whisper when her brother warned her about alerting their mom.
