Love Struck

Marve exits his workspace after calming his heart. He felt ashamed of Maya until he waited a while to get out so that the atmosphere warmed up again and now he would love to meet Maya and disturb her, but there is no Maya wherever he looks to every corner of his house even to his yard.

Because it was late afternoon so the maids had come home and their house was very quiet now but there was no Maya anywhere to make Marve feel restless.

Is Maya mad at me?

Where is she?

Marve opens all the room at a time in her house but he still can't find Maya.

"Dewi, have you seen Maya?" Tanya Marve, his face is sweating and he looks panicked now.

"Madam has not been seen since entering your office, sir," Dewi replied, she then left Marve who began to be tensely possessed by worry and fear if Maya left him.

Maya...

Marve started running out of his house to the front yard because he had previously been looking in the backyard but Maya was not there and even so in the front yard looks very quiet there are only a few gardeners who are cleaning the garden.

"Have you seen Maya?" Marve ran up to one of the garden attendants with all his panic visible on his face.

"Madam went out sir."

Without wasting time, Marve ran out through the gate of his house soaring into the sky.

"Maya..." Marve began screaming as he walked down the path with rows of fir trees lined up neatly and tall.

"Did she leave me?" Marve ducks sadly, his breath gasps as he runs in search of Maya and so far but he has not seen Maya even her shadow is not visible.

"Maya.." Marve screams once more, he begins to despair until he remembers that the residential area he lived in had an artificial lake near the park.

Regardless of the overcast sky or strong winds, Marve continues to run to the park where there is an artificial lake there and wishes Maya was there.

His rapid pace slowly slowed down until it finally stopped.

It's Maya.

She's Maya, my wife.

However, Marve's steps seem to be heavy, he sees Maya smiling.

Maya smiles at another man.

Is that why she won't open her heart to me?

Marve continues to pay attention from a distance, how the man looks at Maya lovingly and how Maya smiles and ducks occasionally.

Did Maya get down because she was blushing? Marve tries not to think about what makes his heart hurt now, but however Maya is his wife, he must not relent and let Maya's heart be touched by another man so Marve decides to go even closer.

"I miss you."

Is that the sound of lightning? Marve's heart seems to be jolted to hear the man with the glasses saying to Maya.

Although Maya did not respond to the man's remarks, it still felt like Marve's heart had been hit by a hard object that was very much in pain.

Marve continues to wait for Maya and the man Marve doesn't know to talk to.

Maya seems to turn into an ice princess and cannot be touched by the man sitting next to her but Maya seems to show her sadness.

Marve is eager to beat up the man who has dared to look at Maya in such a way, why does he speak while staring at his wife's face as if Maya is the woman he loves? If Maya had loved him then he wouldn't have held back.

Whatever belongs to him should not be owned by others and should not be approached let alone liked by others.

"I want to get married on a rainy day like this.." Maya's slow voice sounds sad, why Maya never speaks with such a voice to him.

Marve was about to leave until he sees that the man is getting closer to Maya while Maya is still staring deep into the lake.

What does that guy want to do with my wife?

Marve undoes his intention to go and walk quickly towards Maya and the man sits down and without saying anything Marve pulls Maya's hand to make her wake up because his pull is strong enough and maybe Maya feels pain but jealousy has overwhelmed Marve now.

Marve can't hit the man who is staring at him with a furious stare so Marve can only hug Maya tightly and make the man look more unhappy. Marve just doesn't want to be rude in front of Maya and makes Maya think twice about opening her heart.

"I'm looking for you. why did you leave without telling anyone?" Marve hugs Maya tightly, his sentence is not part of his anger but part of his worry that has haunted him since Maya suddenly disappeared.

Marve's eyes still stare at the man who even now he also wakes up and is visible if he is unhappy with the arrival of Marve who suddenly pulls Maya and hugs her tightly.

But unexpectedly, Maya wrapped her arms around Marve's waist and replied to Marve's hug no less tightly Maya even tighter, now Marve doesn't care about the man in front of him and only cares about Maya.

"I'm looking everywhere for you, I'm so afraid you're leaving me."

Maya slowly let go of her arms and stared at Marve clinging, she was eager to cry right now. The sentence Marve utters if Marve is afraid of losing herself warms her heart.

"I'm sorry... I'm not leaving you." Maya regrets it now but Marve answers it with a gentle smile full of warmth.

"Should I put you on a GPS watch? So I'm not afraid if someone might kidnap you." Marve smiled back and emphasized the phrase 'someone might kidnap you' with a displeased stare at the man with glasses who looked uncomfortable seeing his romance with Maya.

"Who is he, honey?" Asked Marve, his hand still held Maya by his side as if to show this man in front of him if Maya is his.

"He's Andre, back when I was selling here he was the only resident in this house who bought my cake very much," replied Maya, Marve's ears feel hot now hear what Maya said indirectly Maya said if this man has a special closeness to her.

Marve tries to laugh as much as possible even though his laughter now sounds very stiff.

"Marven." Marve reached out his hand and invited the man to meet him.

By correcting the position of his glasses that did not move in the slightest the man received a helping hand, Marve.

"I'm Andre, Andrean," Andre said, he showed his smile even though his heart was very hurt to see Maya in another man's arms.

Andrean... Maya muttered to her heart, the name sounds familiar but Maya can not find a picture of who sososk known who has the name Andrean but Maya does not want to think too much about it because maybe Andrean is only one of hee customers when selling cakes in the market before.

Now Marve and Andre stare at each other sharply, hostility as if they had just been proclaimed. Marve won't want to lose because he is Maya's husband while Andre is just a cake buyer who doesn't have any ties to Maya, he shouldn't be afraid if Maya will open her heart to Andre, but jealousy has no reason, the feeling just happens and makes Marve should not be caught off guard or he will lose Maya.

But why is Maya just silent? She should have happened if I was her husband! Marve gets annoyed while glancing at Maya who even looks daydreaming.

"Honey.." Marve reprimands her for not being able to shake hands with Andre for too long which upsets him.

"Oh. He is my husband." Eventually, Maya introduces who Marve is and Andre finally releases his hand.

This guy looks disappointed, why is that? Does he like Maya? Marve keeps thinking without letting go of his sight of Andre.

Marve's mind is so messed up now, he is upset and worried that maybe Maya will open her heart to another man.

"Thank you very much."

Maya and Andre stare confusedly, why is Marve thanking Andre now? until Marve explained the reason "Because of you, my wife and I finally met and got married." Marve said, smiling triumphantly.

Andre sees how Maya's expression is not as happy as Marve's, he then smiles thinly to cover the upset in his heart.

"You're a married couple who don't wear wedding rings," Andre said before finally deciding to walk away leaving Maya and Marve who look confused now.

Marve and Maya look at each other now and laugh later.

"You didn't give me a ring when we got married." Maya laughs, Marve scratches his neck because he feels ashamed now.

"My husband so stingy." Maya continues to make Marve even more embarrassed now.

Marve then looks around feeling embarrassed to stare at Maya's face, until he finds along with weed and forms it into a ring.

"Stay married to me." Marve kneels now in front of Maya and shows his natural ring making Maya unable to hold her smile.

But despite laughing at Marve, Maya still extends her hand so Marve can pin her ring finger to his artificial weed ring.

"That's so sweet.." Praise Marve, he wakes up now and takes Maya away with him while holding her hand.

Andre who did not leave and hid behind a large tree finally re-showed himself when Maya and Marve had walked far enough from where they are now.

Maya looks happy...

Am I late now? Why did I just find you when you were married?

Why is God so cruel to me?

Marve and Maya are still walking awkwardly but their hands remain tightly held, as their eyes meet accidentally making their hearts pound and they can only hide them with their awkward smiles.

"Do you want to?" Maya finally remembers if she held a hazelnut chocolate bar given by Andre who had just bitten her a little.

Marve then receives a mouthful from Maya and smiles. "Sweet as you are." Praise Marve.

Maya smiles hiding her blushing face because of Marve's praise that makes her heart beat badly.

Andre gave it to me when I was a kid I liked hazelnut chocolate." said Maya, "the guy blatantly seduced my wife.'' Marve's getting now.

Marve then grabs all the chocolate in Maya's hand and eats it until it is not left.

"Why did you eat it all?" Maya grumbles angrily, Marve whose mouth is still full of chocolate does not necessarily answer Maya's words.

'I'll give you strawberry chocolate that's much better than chocolate with that nutty flavor." Said Marve, the tone of his voice is slightly higher because of the annoyance he felt when he heard if the chocolate he had just eaten was Andre's gift.

"But I love hazelnut chocolate, Marve." Maya's grunts are upset, she slams her feet for being so upset.

"Nuts will make you spotty." Said Marve. He then walks faster so Maya doesn't rampage at him.

"Marve.." Call Maya, she runs slowly after Marve's fast-paced pace.

"You're such a shameless!" Maya said after successfully following Marve's steps and then walking away from Marve.

But Marve's long legs can quickly catch up with Maya's steps and quickly pull her up and kiss her.

Maya's eyes are wide open as Marve sips her lips on the side of the road like this, although the atmosphere is very quiet there are CCTV cameras everywhere how Marve can kiss her like this.

"Marve!" Maya pushes Marve's body so that Marve slightly backs up her steps.

"I don't like it, even if it's just a bar of chocolate. I don't like it if you like something I didn't give it to you!" Marve said, his eyes darkened indicating that his speech was not a joke.

"So I'm going to remove it!" Marve said and a second later he kissed Maya again and held her both cheeks until Maya could follow where Marve took a breath interrupted by his demanding kiss.

There is nothing more intoxicating than Marve's demanding kiss to make Maya's legs seem limp, so despite Maya's hesitation, she holds Marve's shirt tightly so that she does not lose her balance.

"Let's go home, and keep it at home," Marve whispers after releasing Maya's lips and then holding Maya's body which is now thrashing but Marve ignores her and still carries Maya.
