Oppressed Feelings

Prussia, July 29th 1803

8:46 PM

Lukas and Nathalie were coming back to their room. They had just had dinner, and were now going to get ready to sleep.

Lukas sat on the bed before starting to take his boots off. That had been a very long day, so he was quite exhausted.

Meanwhile, Nathalie sat beside him. She was showing a neutral face, however, it really looked like she wanted to say or do something. However, it wasn't quite explicit what it was.

When Lukas finished taking his boots off, he sighed in relief. "I can't wait to sleep tonight," the blonde boy commented.

Nathalie nodded her head slowly. "Oh... me too," she said.

After Nathalie's answer, Lukas slowly turned his head to her, finding her tone of voice a bit weird. It was a if she wasn't being that genuine.

Lukas raised his brow. "Are you okay, Nathalie?" he asked.

Nathalie made a short break before nodding her head. "I... guess so," she said.
