After Lakshmi's statement, the whole canteen went silent. Everybody was confused. Why was Luka going to leave? Was she being punished? Had she done anything bad? 

Aarya was the first to react, standing up. "Wh-What?! What did Luka do?" she asked.

Lakshmi then took a brief glance at Aarya, however, she soon looked back at Lukas, ignoring her.

Lakshmi then raised her brow slightly. "Did you hear, Luka?" she asked.

Lukas then nodded his head slowly. "Y-Yes, but... what happened?" he asked. 'I didn't think they were going to make this announcement publicly... well, it probably was going to happen, but I guess they should've let Luka know before that,' the blonde boy thought.

Lakshmi then sighed. "Come with me. Let's talk," she said.

For some reason, Lakshmi no longer looked at Lukas with worried eyes. Instead, she was quite indifferent towards him.
