A vampire woman called out. She has been out in the forest hunting with her daughter who is approaching her adolescence. Being a dhampir she has to struggle during her growing years fighting the powerful thirst for human blood. But as she crossed adolescence's threshold, her thirst gradually came into control and her mother started taking her out to hunt animals. As a child, she was monitored strictly from not going feral and gorging on human blood.

The vampire woman suddenly heard a snarling noise from a distance and the next moment her vampiric senses became alert, especially her olfactory sense. Her red eyes constricted and fixed in a certain direction. the next moment the snarling noise started to become more and more fierce and along with it there was a sound similar to a scuffle. The vampire woman dashed in her supersonic speed towards the commotion following the sound.
