Chapter 9: The Maturing of the Last Drenukk
We all continue to look at the new Gala. Her hair is slightly longer than usual she's indeed taller. The most interesting thing her markings seem to have spread to her neck and on her right side. As we look at her more.
Gala awkwardly moves in her now tight dress. Papa and Momma run away giggling Azou hugs Gala and says she's as tall as me now. I get off my feet and look at her closely. Gala smiles and giggles. "Gala? y..you grew?" I say confused and astonished. The book never said anything about a fast puberty but apparently Drenukks are very unique. "I..i don't even understand. Papa said Drenukks usually take a few months for puberty development. They do vary from four to five months but you..you grew within a few hours. Look at you.
Your hair! your arms and legs and..those markings!!!" I exclaimed right before she hugs me and picks me up off the ground. Gala just looks at me with her slightly amber colored eyes. They were beige at first but apparently even her eyes change. Seeing that she's not speaking yet. I ask if she knows who I am. "Oooh. Hehe. Gala is about as tall as you Mommy? Of course I rememeber you hehehe. Gala sees you have questions wellll Gala can answer them hehe."She assures me. When she sits down and crosses her legs she giggles and closes her eyes almost as if she's taunting me. "Your dress..its kinda small for you now don't you think you should get into something more..fitting?" I ask her. She opens her eyes and looks in the standing mirror.
"Whoa..oooh..ooooooohhhhh!!! Gala looks...curvy and...Gala may like it hehehe oooh shakey shakey." She says while shes shaking her hips and butt towards the mirror. I see she had a sketch on her desk. I take a look and see a new dress its black with beige patches. I put a hand on my chin and see Gala embracing her newly developed body. I take a seat on her bed and feel so overwhelmed. "Mommy hehe..your right. I do need a more comfy dress...this one is...almost revealing Gala's bum and other parts. Oh! You saw Gala's dress sketch. All Gala has to do is sew an new dress and boom! She have new dress to wear." She says excitedly.
I take her hand and teleport us to my grandma Elena's place. We tell her that Gala needs to be taught how to sew. "Wonderful. Come my great grandchild let Buma help you hehe. My you've grown into a beautiful young women. Just like Luna and your grandma Skyra.

"I'll be back stay with Buma ok Gala? Elena she's with you." I say as I leave my grandma's place. I see two men dressed in red robes they look suspicious and start patrolling towards me. I hide in the shadows so im not detected. Unfortunately I'm seen as soon as I try to climb the roof of an abandoned house. One of the robed man try to attack me. I dodged his attack and trip him on the ground.
The other robed man holds a strange book and opens it. It begins to suck everything around me inside it. From trash to the broken bricks in the road. I feel a small tug on my pants leg. The first robed man grabs a dagger and tries to stab me. He doesn't pierce me but my left pants leg is torn by the dagger. "Hey back off you weirdo!!" I yell and kick the guy in his face breaking his nose. His nose gushes blood. His companion dives from above and cracks me with his fist. It dazed me for a few seconds as I stumble to my feet the two robe man throw the book down and start to attack me. Nailing me in the gut and head. "G..gaaaahhh..Y.you bastards.!!!" I say before I defend myself.
"Foolish girl we are here because someone was foolish enough to free the Last Vehkil. The Drenukk..Wait..You seem familiar. Costos!! Hold up the girl reveal her face!!" The robed man demands. Costos tries to uncover my face but I flip him over and tackle his companion. With each successful hit from these two robed men. I feel the urge to let loose. Its like a burning fire constantly roaring until.." GRRRAAAAHHHHH!!! LEAVE MY GALA!!! ALONEEEEEE!!!" I yell.
This stops the two men in their tracks. I see a glowing blue aura around my forearms. As I take a step towards them these two men tremble in fear. Little do I know a flash of a white light appeared out of nowhere. The two robed men were gone. All that was left was their robes and two haunting bloodcurtling screams. When the light disappears. I see my hands are covered in blood along with my face once I look in a puddle. Horrified. The two robed men's dead bodies were horribly disfigured their arms broken in twisted angles,ribs piercing from their skin and parts of their faces were missing. "D..did I...do..this? No...i..is this what Fafir meant as part of our deal?" I immediately say to myself. I teleport back home and shower off the dry blood just to get back to Gala in a hurry. Once I get back to my grandma's house. I see Gala watching tv. She looks at me and hugs me tightly.
"Gala so glad your ok. You stopped those evil evil men. Their called the Wind Ten clan. They only wish to kidnap me and use me as their weapon for their own gain. Gala glad you stopped them. Mommy didn't kill them did they?" She asked while her eyes glisten in the light. I look away and say nothing tears come down my face and hug her. " I...i..i had no control over myself Gala it was all in a instant...I..I don't know how it happened..Mommy's sorry." I sadly say to a blank faced Gala. Gala wipes some dry blood off my lip. She puts the finger with dry blood on it in her mouth. I get grossed out and see Gala's spit glowing a bright blue. She touches me with her blue spit and heals my lip. "Hehe. Mommy. Mother..Luna..Your now my protector and so is Gala. Next time you get in trouble. Gala will be able to help you. Also be careful these men will appear out of nowhere,we gotta take them out by the source." She says proudly. Shock by her intelligence. I knew. Gala was smart but this was something else we head home after Gala is given a gift from my grandma. Its a red box with a gold bow. She opens it as soon as we get home. Its a black dress with beige patches in it. She goes to her room and puts it own. What I noticed as soon as she comes out she put a small droplet of her spit on her new dress. It glowed with a faint white glow. "Like it Mommy hehe.
Gala makes her dress resistant to everything hehe. Well not water but almost everything. Also Gala has more to say hehe." She sits in a chair and takes the Book of the Drenukks. "Your gonna love what Gala has to tell you hehe. For starters those red-robed men were our enemies in the God-Light War. They also were trapped in the nameless realm but died mysteriously or so Gala thought. They have a book that's able to put anyone into that same realm. One loophole is they can only be sucked in once if they have never been there before. Also to answer your puberty question..well Drenukks developed in a few five to six months. Me on the other hand..I dunno. Gala guess because she was daughter of a mighty heroine as Clest and you called it."Gala informs. Once she tells me this Im happy to know she isn't just raw strength and power along with her insane speed. I pick up the book and read more on the anatomy and finally see what the marking represents. She walks towards me and smiles she grabs the new Brigand armour and her weapon swinging it with even more skill than before. "Gala ready to protect you Mommy luckily Gala may be immortal hehe. Hopefully." She says sadly. I look towards her before leaving. Just then a voice shouts it says To the End. Constantly over and over. Me and Gala rush to see the very people Gala talked of. They were being lead by a man in just a loincloth. He was skinny and had dangling black rings on his wrists. We watch as a voluptuous curvy women with a large greatsword and a massive hooksword on her back be summoned from a circle. "Find the Drenukk and bring her to Lord Fafir. The Aether must be stopped." Says the skinny man. The woman had vibrant purple hair, pale turquoise skin and wearing a black armoured top and a black loin-clothed bottom adorned with emeralds and a topaz gem. She started to lead a group of smaller robed men with her and walked away from were me and Gala were standing. As soon as we saw this Gala puts her right hand out. A green fog emitted from her hand detecting the woman. She says we should head home before were caught. I agree. We start to fly home to Nius its then were blindsighted by the woman who was just on the ground. Her eyes glow a errie red and she points her greatsword at my neck. "Uh oh..not good". I say wondering what she wants with us.
"You!!! Your her aren't you? Aren't you the one who brought this....wait...Wait...she looks like..the one." The woman thinks. We fly as fast as we can the woman send the robed men after the both of us. They grab Gala and tie ropes around her ankles. It doesn't even take a second. Gala easily breaks out and takes out the robed men. With high kicks karate chops and even judo hip throws. The robed men hit the ground with such force they turn into smoke and ash. The woman tries to slice at Gala and I. She flies behind her and avoids the woman's hooksword. I punch her in her gut. She isn't fazed and puts me in a head lock and hurtles me to the ground with Gala in tow. We crash into the ground with the woman standing over us. Her weapons broken she picks me up by my shirt and headbutts me. My forehead busted open pouring a slow stream of blood. "Just give it up. I know your far stronger than a simple collision with the ground. You and that...whatever she is. Your getting in my way. I must get that last Drenukk !!"
