CHAPTER 1 : her return

Zephyra woke up feeling a splitting headache,she opened her eyes grogily to see a white ceiling staring back at her, her eyes narrowed warily, 'where am i, the last thing i remember was me trying to break through to the god level but it went wrong and i was injured by the tribulation lightning so what am i doing here'. she gasped in shock as she looked around to realise that she was in a suprisingly familiar place , 'isn't this an hospital' she thought but she was snapped out of her shock as a nurse came in and almost stumbled as she saw her awake and sitting on the bed. 

 "d..d..doctor" she said as she left to call the doctor as zephyra was still trying to sort out her thoughts and absorb the shock and realisation that she was back after three hundred years of suffering and hard work.

 she was once a young upcoming actress until she got injured in a car accident and blacked out, the next thing she new was that she had somehow managed to leave earth and was now in a strange ...fantasy world. There were monsters, ghosts, demons, vampires, mutant fairies and all the dangerous creatures that should only exist in scary stories and legends,it was a place where the strong preyed on the weak,she remembered how she had suffered, constantly pushing forward and watching her back, not letting her guard drop once for her to get to the top but now realised tht all her hard work amounted to nothing!.

 "miss zephyra how are you feling..."the doctor came in and she just sat there and wached him ramble on not paying attention to what he was saying as she had more important things to care about.

 "would you mind telling me what todays date is ?" she asked cutting the doctors rambling off"todays date is tuesday, 5th may,2024"the doctor said answering her question" wait what ! did you just say 2024 are you telling me that its been three years scince i've been unconcious" 

 " youve been in a coma for three years so its understood that you are anxious after finding out because honestly even i am shocked that you managed to become concious" the doctor said as she gave her a warm smile, zephyra quickly composed her self as she smiled back. so she spent three hundred years in that world but it was only three years on earth. anyhow she was happy she came back because she has a grudge to settle with someone.
