A Woman's Scheme
Things have been hectic with work. My businesses are growing and I'm grateful to the amazing team that I have.
Candy has her head fully back to the game and I couldn't ask for nothing more. Things are running smooth again.
"Come in"
Emily appears, she has a nervous smile on. I know that smile very well.
"You can take a seat, Good morning."
"Good morning boss lady , thanks."
"Is everything alright?"
"Actually yes , I've never been better. Megan and I talked and she apologiesed for everything that transpired between us, you know and I understood her explanations."
I just keep nodding , to indicate that I'm heseing her and she can continue.
"I'm also pleasing with you not to fire her please. And I have to tell you that she and I are starting something out. I have decided to give us a chance."
"Okay , breathe Emily."
She's speaking too quick , Lord , is she blushing?
