WARNING: [R-18] SOME CHAPTERS INCLUDES MATURE CONTENT “I will give you anything you want. But in exchange, you will give me anything I want. Your time, your body, and your life. All of you will be mine.” It was an offer she couldn’t resist. An agreement with no strings attached. And a love she should never have. She’s the illegitimate daughter of a business tycoon, so she was mistreated and was never allowed to use her father’s last name. The last thing Amelia Lane wanted was to cross paths with her half-sister, but fate was never kind to her. After a series of unfortunate events, which she believed caused by her half-sister Ruby, she had no choice but to work in a strip club where she met Nicholas Hudson, the wealthiest man in the country. He was every woman’s dream, and she wouldn’t deny the fact that she was one of those women. He bought her virginity for five million dollars, but on the day of their first night, another unfortunate event happened to her. Two years later, he was still a regular client of the club where she worked as a scarlet, and he couldn't forget his desire for Amelia Lane. Amelia's misfortune had always been following her for the past two years. She was desperate to get out of her fucked up life and was willing to be with any man as long as he could take her away from the club. So when Nicholas offered her an indecent proposal, she was blown away and speechless. Who wouldn’t accept an offer from him? He got everything a woman ever wanted. Money. Fame. Power. Good-Looks. But there’s only one problem… He was already married. But regardless, he was her only way out. She wanted to have a comfortable life and take revenge on the people who mistreated her. And agreeing to be Nicholas’ legal mistress was her best option. A forbidden affair. A sin that could never be forgiven. And a love that should never be. *************************** Excerpt: "I warned you before to stay away from Nicholas." Sabrina Hale looked at her with disgust. "I remembered that. But did I tell you if I will follow what you said? I don't even know who you are." Her eyes flickered with defiance. "I am his wife!" "Exactly. That's the reason I chose to be his mistress." She stared straight at Sabrina without a flinch. The thirty nine year old woman laughed bitterly. "If you keep this up, it won't end well for you." It was a warning. Sabrina Hale did everything to be Nicholas Hudson's wife so Amelia knew that making her an enemy was never a good idea. But she didn't care. "You know very well that I have your husband's heart. And what do you have? Just a piece of trash signed by him. Don't forget, I know what you did two years ago so your threat won't work with me anymore." ************************* Cover photo not mine. Three Conversations

"Raped? Do you know the guy?" He asked.

Mia was staring at Nicholas because his reaction seemed a mixture of surprise and disappointment.

"I don't know. I was picked up by a few men and they injected something so I wasn't sure who the guy was. But I'll make sure to make him pay for what he did. I won't stop until I find him. That rapist!"

Nicholas' face changed. Deep wrinkles formed on his eyebrows as his eyes flared with anger.

"You let the man touch you. That only means you like it. You enjoyed it."

She frowned. "No, I did not."

Mia wasn't really sure if she was telling the truth because she couldn't forget the warmth of the man's body. And Nicholas was forcing her to admit it.

"Really? Then what did you do after you had sex with that man?"

"I didn't have sex with him. He forced me!" She exclaimed.

"Then tell me what did you do after that night?" Nicholas yelled at her.

She didn't answer, tears were already falling from her eyes. His face seemed dark and hooded as he gave her a stern look.

"I can't believe you. You don't have the right to question me so I have no obligation to answer you. Let's forget it."

Her heart couldn't take the pain so she turned around and walked away from him. The tears from her cheeks dried up, but her face was a mess.

Looking at herself in the bathroom mirror made her hatred grow. Whoever messed up with her life would have to pay ten folds. That was what she had in mind.

"Where have you been? Are you okay?" Ady asked when she returned inside the hall.

"Rooftop. I'm okay, I just needed some air." She answered.

"Do you want to leave?"

"No. I have things to settle before we go." She answered before emptying the glass of wine in her hand.

Ady was surprised when she approached Skylar who was talking to someone at the corner of the hall.

"You. What do you want?" She started.

Skylar grinned again, making her pissed.

"Answer me!" She said with gritted teeth.

"Relax. Don't embarrass yourself here. Not yet."

"I'm trying my best to keep calm, but I'm at my limit. If you don't tell me what you want, I'll introduce myself as your half-sister!" She exclaimed.

Threatening Skylar was her only choice so he could talk. But instead of giving her the answer that she wanted, he laughed.

"Sorry, sorry. It's funny calling yourself my half-sister after fifteen years. But as I said, calm down. And I don't care if you tell everyone your secret, no one will believe you anyway."

"Just answer me and I'll go." She said and this time, it was just a whisper.

Skylar looked amused, enjoying the immediate change in the tone of her voice. She didn't expect him to drag her back to the rooftop, making her even more confused.

"If you let your guard down that easily, you will never win a battle." Skylar looked l at her with a steady calm in his eyes.

Mia couldn't find a word to respond. He had the same last name as her biological father, but was he really her half-brother? Why would she trust everything a stranger told her? She wanted to scold herself.

"Here. My ID. In case you're in doubt."

She took his ID and saw that he was really a Grayson. His emergency contact person was Harry Grayson and it said in the relationship was father.

"I didn't know he had a son." She mumbled.

Skylar chuckled. "Because he didn't introduce me to you. I was three when you came into the house."

"So? What do you want from me? I have nothing to do with your family. I promised myself not to associate with any of you."

"I know but I want to help you."

She frowned. "Help me?" She chuckled. "We're total strangers to each other. Why would I need your help? And as far as I know, your family hates me to the bone."

"Not me. I'm not like them. I'm like you. Abandoned. But at least you weren't abandoned by your mother."

Her eyebrows curved. "And why should I believe you?"

"I'm not asking you to believe me. But I know my sister had something to do with your expulsion."

"I already suspected that."

"How about the fact that she knew you're working as a scarlet in Club Montefalco?"

She didn't answer. Why would Ruby care about where she worked? Was she spying on her?

Skylar nodded while staring at her. "Here. I'll give you the other information if you're willing to cooperate with me."

After handing her his calling card, Skylar left her wondering what information he was referring to.

"You're here."

She was startled again to the person behind her. But this time, it wasn't Nicholas, it was Sabrina. This would be her third conversation with three different people tonight.

"What do you want?" She asked, giving the woman a cold shoulder.

"I didn't expect you to have the audacity to attend my wedding." Sabrina started.

"You invited me. It would be a waste if I don't come."

Sabrina had a mixture of confusion and anger on her face. "I didn't invite you. Why would I do that? I'm not that crazy!"

She laughed. "Don't give me that bullshit! If Nicholas didn't invite me and you're also saying it's not you, then who the fuck gave me that invitation? Your dog? My name was clearly written on it!"

"It doesn't matter. I'm here to tell you to leave and don't make a scene. I'm warning you again, stay away from my husband!"

"And I'm telling you again, ask your husband to do that. He was here an hour ago, asking me to be his mistress." She giggled like a woman in love, making Sabrina's face furious.

"Try. And I will make sure you'll regret it! You don't know what I'm capable of!"

It was a threat, and Mia knew she had to take a step back. But she wouldn't let anyone order her around just because they had money.

She smirked. "Oh, no, Miss Hale. You don't have an idea what I can do. So stop threatening me with your empty words."
