"Therapy" session
They arrived at the beach house two days ago. Eva exuded excitement and was a lively individual. Phil constantly talked about things she didn't know with Patrick or his family.
Patrick has not been quite right since that day at the grocery store. When she inquired whether there was, he stated there was nothing wrong. He barely spoke to her, and the awkward situation was exacerbated by the fact that they were in the same room.
In the beach home, they have the same room.
She was his girlfriend, so everyone considered being in the same room acceptable. At first, only Phil seemed to realize that she was uncomfortable. He had looked at her pityingly.
However, Patrick needs to improve the concept. He hardly speaks and sleeps on the couch. He only uses his phone to make calls; otherwise, he spends his time staring at his phone or reading a book while wearing an earbud. He is rarely in the room. He arrived late and left early in the room.
