Shocking Discovery

After having her fill of looking around Yuna's chamber, Hye In decided to walk deeper inside to where Yuna was sleeping. She was expecting to see her bare face since Yuna couldn't possibly be sleeping with her veil on.

She just couldn't let go of her curiosity, even though the outcome won't matter to her anymore since the result would still be the same either way.

But at least if Yuna were to really be ugly as what people had assumed, it would make her work much easier since ugly people naturally would have low self-esteem and would be easier to be fooled.

Exactly like what Joo Won was doing to her. It's clearly shown all around her chamber just how mistreated Yuna was by him and yet she can't see it because he comes to see her from time to time.

It's pathetic yet sad since she can't see something so obvious. The fact that Joo Won paid her no attention most probably is known all throughout the palace and yet Yuna still hangs on his side like a dumb bitch.

It is really quite funny for Hye In since she didn't expect to find someone so stupid in the Palace and for her to be Joo Won's first wife, it's really quite fitting.

Regardless of what kind of person Yuna is, Hye In knew it would only be an advantage to her if she befriends Yuna and manages to bring her to her side since she must know a lot of things about Joo Won than others.

Though they might not be really close, since Joo Won still visit her from time to time, it must mean that she might know a thing or two about him that others don't. So it would be great if Yuna is as gullible as she assumes.

As Hye In reached the sleeping area, she had expected to see Yuna sleeping with her bare face but instead, she saw her and a man sleeping together, with her face buried into his bare chest.

She was stunned and dumbfounded. She didn't expect to find out such a big secret. No wonder her attendant was trying so hard to not let her in. To think her mistress was hiding such an affair behind everyone's back.

Now, she didn't care at all what she looked like nor if Joo Won had ever had feelings for Yuna. What she cares about now is that she has finally found a big leverage that can help her in the future.

To think that Joo Won's first wife was so lonely that she resorted to finding someone else for warmth. Oh, what a huge twist of surprise. And here she was thinking that Yuna was stupidly believing and hanging to Joo Won.

If she could, she wanted to applaud her for her brilliant mind to play such a trick on Joo Won. How big of a shock would he become when he found out that the pathetic poor girl he married is actually playing and using him instead.

It's funny and amusing indeed. Now, she definitely needs to befriend Yuna, regardless if she was interested or not. Because ultimately, she knows her big secret and if she rejects then that will be the end of her sweet little affair.

But if she agrees, they eventually can work together, and maybe, just maybe, not only can she get rid of her family but also become the Queen Regent and rule over Koryo, just like she has always dreamed of.

Satisfied with what she saw, she quietly walks away and made her way out of the chamber, smiling from ear to ear.

Not only was her mood gotten better but she finally felt relieved as now, regardless of what she does, she has something she can use against Yuna and Joo Won since if this ever leaks out, his reputation as King will go down really badly.

Especially when she gets pregnant, the whole kingdom will not only criticize Yuna for bearing a child that isn't Joo Won's but also him, for being negligent and letting such a scandal happen.

The people would definitely not want such a person as a ruler and will obviously start a protest. When that happens, it will finally be her time to take action and use her final card against Joo Won.

Once it's done, the throne will finally be hers and it's all thanks to Yuna for making an easier way for her to get to her goal. Because with this scandal, she will not have to rely on Joo Won to get what she wants.

So technically now, making Joo Won fall for her is not her biggest priority and will only serve as a secondary plan in case this plan takes too long to unfold.

"Let her go. I have seen what I came here for and I am pleased with what I saw. Let us make our way to meet Queen Dowager. We don't want to disrespect her and have her waiting for us." Hye In said softly yet sternly as she walked past Sohye and gave her a side glance.

Eun Ha nodded as she let go of Sohye's shoulder and quickly follow through behind Hye In, with all her attendants and lady-in-waiting just quietly followed behind her as they quickly walk away from Sohye's sight.

She click her tongue in displeasure before getting up and dusting off all the dirt from her skirt, quickly making her way inside Yuna's chamber after she was done.

Sohye was ready to rant her displeasure to Yuna but was shocked by what she saw that she immediately forgets what she had initially wanted to say.

"Your Highness?! How- why- how is it you are here? Why is it that you are here? A where did my mistress went to? I thought she was in here with His Majesty? So how come you are here, in her bed, with Royal Guard Han instead?"
