Chapter 22: Dana Saves Stella

As The Counsel of west coast Alphas continued their meeting. Stella saw Dana from the corner of her eye. The beautiful but terrifying wolf was beckoning her.

She stole a glance at Bennett, he nodded.

Stella got up to leave.

“Not so fast.” Randy snarled, seizing her arm.

“Your son is getting dangerous.” Bennett spoke directly to the Makenzie alpha.

“Like a rabid dog.” Dana spat.

All alpha eyes turned to her.

Stella took a step back as the energy in the room shifted. She could taste the raw power. It made her stomach boil.

Dana stood up slowly, never taking her eyes off a calmer Randy. She hadn’t seemed to notice the shift in the room. Or if she had, she was very good at hiding it.
