“This is not fair.”

As the abundance of pure silver was making him restless, he grabbed the bar mistakenly and winced in pain.

“You, you are ridiculous, King. This is why I don’t come to your house anymore.”

Yelling in pain, Mukadil’s fangs and nails elongated, his inhumane face was showing all the signs of a deadly vampire: Blood-red eyes with black circles around their orbs, pointed nose, stretched facial muscles and black veins around his jaws were depicting his inner fight.

He turned his back towards Ashley, as his most dreaded nightmare was in front of her now as a reality.

Ignoring his rant, King Agustin ordered,

“Check her!”

Ashley felt herself trapped in that enchantment, Elena also joined Meena in nonstop crying, increasing her anxiety even more.

The queen nodded and fixed her eyes on Ashley, her milky orbs directly piercing in to her soul.

“Did anyone compel you?”

“No!”

“Let me ask clearly, mother.”
