Until Morning Comes **

A black shadow flashed across the rooftops of the Almandine castle tower. It had two legs and two arms, making it clear that it had a humanoid form. It jumped down to the roof of a window, where it finally found the right place to hide.

It had been careful not to be detected by the two people it was following. For the man it was following, who seemed to have been alerted earlier, it must have been spotted by him. But he wasn't the only one to watch out for.

The woman who stayed by the side of the man it was following turned out to be an <Aura Master>. It had to be even more careful not to get caught.

There, it stopped at the top of a roof and descended to one side of it to try eavesdropping. Slowly, it took out its large, furry ears—that were not like human ears.

They looked like the ears of a black cat.

The black shadow narrowed its sharp eyes, and its cheeks began to blush. What had it just heard?
