"I could tell just by a look at your weak wolf….."

I interrupted him; I shut up when Catori glared at me

"Whether you could tell or not, that is up to you, but please don't interrupt me again"

Chardon said angrily and I smirked, happy that I could at least get him angry; I don't like the fact that am always the one getting angry, this time it's the other round and am beyond pleased with myself.

"Am not a full werewolf, my mother is a witch and my father is the Alpha of the Azure pack kingdom".

"You are from the Azure pack kingdom"

Catori asked shocked.

"Yeah, as you know, witches are capable of hiding their scents"

"Yes, I know that, am a witch...."

"I know you are a witch"

"Oh"

Chardon look displeased for being interrupted.

"OK, am sorry.."

"Sorry for what, you don't have to apologize to him for..."

"Just shut up"

Chardon said and I turned to face him, attempting to hit him but he escaped.

"Well, my father as you all know has a natural dislike or should I say a strong hate for witches, but my mother fell in love with him at first sight, and when she found out that my father about my father hate for witches, she was displeased and was also unwilling to give up on him. So she hid her scent and made him fall in love with her....."

"You don't make someone fall in love with you, it is a natural feeling, you don't....."

Chardon suddenly got up and punched me hard, I thought it will be a normal punch of a kid, so I did not dodge but it was really painful, I glared at him, disbelief visible on my face.

"How are you so strong when you are poisoned and injured"

I asked, shocked at my discovery, does such a person exist, the answer didn't come instead Catori asked.

"Are you hurt"

I thought she was referring to me and I wanted to reply her but she walked towards Chardon checking his body for any injuries and totally ignoring me, I frowned at her but she just rolled her eyes at me, displeased.

"Are you hurt"

She asked him again.

"No"

Came his rude reply, I wanted to punch him so badly but I held myself back knowing fully well that doing that would get catori more angrier at me.

"We will be staying here for the next three days, by then your injuries would have healed and we continue our journey"

Catori said and Chardon snorted and faced the other side again.

"Alright, we will set up our tent here and stay for the night, tomorrow we will find a more suitable place to pass the night"

"We can stay here for the three days instead if moving around aimlessly"

I said with a voice laced with displeasure, it is evident that she is doing all these for the big old baby. I smirked, the name suit him so well.

"Big old baby"

Why haven't I thought of it before.

"You are the big old baby, didn't you realize that you have been behaving like a baby recently?"

"Pfffff.."

Catori said and Chardon burst into laughter, I just didn't realize that I said the words out. We set up our tent on the spot and gathered around the fire I made to hear the remaining part of Chardon's story.

"What"

Chardon asked when he noticed us staring at him.

"Continue your story, how did you end up here"

Catori asked gently, what I don't understand is that why she is always gentle with him, a 'kid' she just met a few hours ago but cold to me, her own mate, it made me really pissed and displeased, I am over myself with jealousy.

"Oh that, but can I ask, why is his face and voice always cold, even his aura is no exception, is he some kind of a cold king"

I glared at him icily, he sure have some guts.

"Chardon, stop messing around and tell us, you have to go to sleep now"

I snorted, what a waste of time listening to him.

"After my father fell in love with her, he married her immediately making her his Luna, and soon she got pregnant with me and that is where the problem began, as you know witches no matter how powerful they are, they are unable to hide their scent when pregnant....."

"So she got caught"

I interrupted him, tired of hearing his lame story.

"Can you shut up"

"No I can't"

"You are a useless alpha..."

"What guts, say you must be really tired of living right and you come to me to end your misery life, you think I don't dare, I will...."

Catori said

"Yes"

Am tired of staying here listening to this 'kid' talk trash but I can't leave catori here alone with him, Catori glared at me and turned to Chardon.

"Just ignore him, whatever his says, continue..."

"After getting pregnant with me, she tried to hide from my father, so that he would not notice till she gave birth but...."

"How did you even know all these when you were not even born yet?"

I asked him but he choose to ignore my question instead.

"But my father who couldn't stay a single day without seeing his beloved, soon got tired of being turned down from entering her chambers every single time with the excuse that it wouldn't be good for the baby if she was disturbed, so one night he forcefully entered her chambers but she wasn't there anymore,my father was so frustrated that he barely attended the morning meetings"

"Your father was in love with your mother?"

Catori asked.

"Nah, that is not love, it's merely obsession, my mother is a very pretty woman, prettier than you, she was like the queen fairy descendant, my father was never in love with her"

"Oh, what happened next, how did your father find out that she is a witch?"
