The First Day

The windows of my big brothers Mustang were rolled down, the wind flowing in recklessly. It was our first day of school in a new town, my brother a senior and I was a freshman. The town we lived in was a small one near the coast of California, named Idyllwild. My fear was rising as we got closer and closer to the hell hole, and it was not calming once I saw the girls in the parking lot. They were all kind of muscular for some reason, and were pretty. I was very slender, mostly because I loved sports, and I was pretty. I had very clear skin, with mid length brown wavy hair and mint green eyes. I was also pretty tall for a 14 year old, at a height of 5'8. Most of the girls in the parking lot were normal heights, and they were stocky and seemed very powerful. A lot of them were curvy in ways I could never be, and I was a little envious. When Ben had found a parking spot between two big trucks, I slowly got out and looked over to him for reassurance. Ben was tall, probably around 6'4. He was a medium build, not skinny but not muscular. His blue eyes seemed to smile at me, and I relaxed slightly. My eyes scanned around the small parking lot and my eyes widened. How can people be so muscular? The guys were huge, tall, and looked like they could snap me in half.
